Description of Work: I called and asked if I need a repairman and she explained that what was going on with my refrigerator was normal. She could have convinced me a needed to be looked at, but didn't.

Description of Work: Washing machine stopped working so contacted this company and they had someone out the next day. While he fixed the washing machine motor, he noticed that the outtake vent was extremely clogged and was a fire hazard. It was easy to see where it had burned through. He fixed this as well so it ended up costing more. But it could have been much worse.
