Description of Work: I used Willman for several kitchen appliance repairs including my dishwasher, fridge and ovens. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. They were able to fix the fridge and dishwasher and offer me options regarding my other appliances. Description of Work: The clothes were coming out very wet from the washing machine. There was also a problem with the electrical panel. They diagnosed a lid lock problem but also said there may be an electrical panel issue as well. They gave me the approximate cost of repair and discussed the potential of just buying a new machine. They were very punctual, honest, and professional. I would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Called them to fix my dryer. The came on time, figured out the problem right away and had the parts to fix it in the truck. Once before I called them to fix my refrigerator and I had the same good experience. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I was able to make an appointment within two days. He showed up right on time and fixed my wine fridge which brand is fairly unknown in the USA and nobody else wanted to take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and it's been working great since. He also advised on other minor problems we have with the fridge and the washing machine. He fixed the light of the freezer and put a new rubber edge on the fridge door. He was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. Will definitely call them again!

+ -1 moreGreat! Same day service, I described the problem when I called at around 9:30 am. They agreed it was probably the belt and explained their pricing. Clay arrived around 11:40 am, had the correct belt, got to work quickly, knew exactly what he was doing and finished in about 20 minutes. I don't know if this belt will last 13 years, like the one he replaced, but it's nice to get something repaired so quickly!

+ -1 moreThe technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately and had the part with him (service switch) to perform the repair which took no more than 10 minutes. When I called for the appointment the phone representative asked for the model & make of the washer and also a description of the problem with the machine. Because of this the technician made sure he had all of the associated parts for the repair with him.
Description of Work: Service call to repair Maytag Washer which stopped in the final rinse cycle without draining the water or spinning the final cycle.
