Description of Work: Two staff members cleaned my home for 2 hours. They were thorough and used very good cleaning products. The staff are well trained and their work is monitored by the management. I was pleased with the cleaning they did which was much more than "surface" clean up. The work is done efficiently and in an organized manner. They bring all their own equipment and supplies. My request for service was met with very little notice on my part. The women sent to my home were professional, kind and very good at their work. I highly recommend this company. I discovered them when friends who use this company on a regular basis gave me gift certificates for cleaning. Once you have them you will not want to give them up!!

Description of Work: I have been using Maid Brigaide for approximately 3 years. We interviewed a few different services and got rate quotes based on the services we wanted and feltthey were the most professional and thorough of all we interviewed. They were not the cheapest, but, if you want a professional bonded company that you can trust with your house key and access to your belongings price shouldn't be the determining factor. They leave a "report card" after every visit so you can easily communicate if you are happy with th work they have done or if you think they need to improve in any areas. Every 2 weeks I have the luxury of comming hom to a clean house without having to lift a finger. If you can afford it, do it! I think they do an excellent job all around, but think they excel in the kitchen and bathrooms.

A couple ladies came in and spent about 3 hours and they did a really good job. We had them come monthly, but now they just come periodically. They are easy to work with, dependable, and do a good job of what you want them to do. The are more expensive than other people we have talked to, but they are worth it.

+ -1 moreThis was a fine cleaning job, but the management caused problems. Be sure you always talk to the same member of the office team. They are fast to say "Well, John never told me" OR "Your file doesn't say that".
Description of Work: House cleaning service. Owner/office staff unprofessional and not client orieneted. Cleaning staff sent completed job in shorter time than was estimated by office. Overestimate was never adjusted. The price shown is a per visit amount. Charged sales tax for the wrong county, overcharge (also ofiice staff). Quality of cleaning service was good so I guess you have to forget the boss!

They did fall cleaning plus the normal cleaning in the house, basically the inside windows and banisters. They did all the heavy work; like the doors, windows, draped and dusted the blinds as well as curtains. They did a wonderful job and the price is competitive. I will use them again in the future, infact I will be calling them this week.

+ -1 moreIt was given to me as a gift certificate because my husband’s been sick. They were great. I just had to say they were not cheap. I would have never been able to use them, but friends gave us coupons because of our circumstances. They were so good that I actually called them back and paid them on my own. They came back another time actually, two different people but I was just as pleased which make me think the company as a whole is just excellent.

+ -1 moreThe above explanation should describe it all. Never, ever call this company. They should be out of business. I want my $140 back for services not rendered.
Description of Work: No work was performed as I asked. I complained and they were going to come back on May 31st to attempt to comply with the services I required and they never did. I wanted all my floors to shine. They did not bring floor cleaners, wax, shiners of any kind, just vinegar and water. I had to do it myself. I would like my money back. They basically kept the money and never called me back to rectify this deplorable situation.

+ -1 morePerformed the initial floor to ceiling/top to bottom cleaning in preparation for weekly house cleaning service. Incorrectly replaced screens on windows that had inside screens. Left Persian blinds dusty. Left dust or dirt in bathtub and toilet was still dirty. Kitchen floor was also not cleaned to our standards. We advised the office and they sent someone the next day to address the problems.
Description of Work: Complete interior cleaning of first and second floors (not basement), dusted walls, corners, frames, windows, etc. Vacuumed floors. Dusted all flat surfaces and changed linens. Cleaned bathrooms. Washed windows; inside only.
