Maid Brigade of Buffalo

The cleaning staff has cleaned my father’s house for the past 6 months. He’s not an easy customer and to make it more complicated, I’m coordinated the logistics remotely. Nick and his crew have been great-and patient (bc aging folks often have to reschedule for a plethora of reasons). The house is tidy when they leave and my father feels that while he may be paying more than other companies, it’s worth it!

Great, they were able to get here on very very short notice, two ladies were very diligent hard-working and friendly

Not good. None of the vertical blinds were washed. Called up Kathy at the company and she basically said we were at am impasse because her maids told her the blinds were washed. Believe me, I can tell when something is clean and not. One of the workers complained the entire time they were there cleaning saying she shouldn't be doing this kind of work, her back hurt, how far the drive was, etc. There was no apology from Maid Brigade. They offered a $50 refund. Attitude was terrible from management.

I came home to an amazingly clean home. I am extremely satisfied and I will be using them from now on. They aren't the cheapest, but they are worth every penny. Again, I am a huge cleaning snob (lol) and they more than met my high expectations.

bathrooms cleaned, dusting vacuuming hard wood floors all shine.... and the kitchen too stove ,microwave cleaned too... any problems the office is always ready to help, which i may have used twice in 7 yrs also a yearly calendar and an email remind me when the ladies will show up

I would give them A rating in all categories. They are bonded and wonderful. They will adjust to your personal lifestyle. I would continue to use them.

EXCELLENT! After a not so pleasant experience, i was thoughroughly impressed at the professionalism and responsiveness of the owner, based on their absolute dedication to customer satisfaction, ( which seems to be rare to find in a business anymore) we said come on back! they sent a different team, and they were absolutely wonderful! they were fast, thorough, professional nice girls. and they cut the chit chat and got right to business, doing all tasks that were requested of them to satisfaction. I only ask to get the same team every time to ensure thoroughness, and it is nice to have the same familiar face come to the house. A+ in my book! 100% satisfied and am hiring to come bi-monthly!

Showed up on time with an extra girl named Zenita (we contracted for 2 girls) immediately made me uncomfortable because I was under the impression I was paying for 2 not 3 yet she must have been in training because she mostly stood around flicking a dust rag at things but there was still stuck on chocolate ice cream on a table she just lazily wiped I was getting very angry that I was paying for this girl to stand around. The head girl was wonderful and worked very hard. I worked alongside them and couldn't help but notice that I was working harder and faster than the people that were being paid to do so! (Except the head girl in charge that did my bathroom and kitchen wonderfully) the other blonde girl was pleasant but I couldn't help but notice that she was following the girl Zenita and cleaning after her (wiping a window she had just wiped) etc.. Then zenita tried to barely damp mop my hardwood floors and I got a little irritated at her lack of effort which she expressed in her tone and facial expressions like she reeeeaaallly didn't want to be there, but I tried my hardest not to show my irritation. I said hold on the only thing I actually requested as a must is that my hardwood floors be hand washed or they really don't get cleaned properly, after all I was paying for a deep cleaning. They did begrudgingly after saying well we didn't bring knee pads. (I noticed an eye roll from Zenita) the head girl hand washed my bathroom and kitchen floors by hand without being asked to. I think her name was Lynn, she was great. Although when all was said and done they did my floors with murphys oil soap which is not meant for hardwood floors and it left a sticky residue. My kitchen floor was sticky as well but it was clean. There were still dirt marks on my hardwood though. In short after $200 I was left washing my floors again after they had left to get the residue off and clean them properly. I would not use this service again as you do not know who they might send to your house. Inconsistency is apparent. They were swearing and talking too much instead of focusing on the task at hand. I didn't care to hear that Zanitas boyfriend got their apartment door kicked in and lack of professionalism in lots of cursing (s*it, bulls*it, f*ck, d*** etc...) extremely unprofessional very dissatisfied the other two blonde girls were extremely polite friendly and courteous, and Zenita was curt in her courteousness. But I had to clean after them too much after they left that they missed. I'd prefer to use a provider that I know I will get the same results every time. True this was my first experience with this company unfortunately it will also be my last. I can't afford to gamble my money on if they are sending a good cleaner or a Zenita IPDATE! The company manager was so wonderful! I was really impressed with their response and the way they handled/rectified the situation. They are truly committed to customer satisfaction and we are going to give this company another try solely based on how wonderful the owners were. Im looking forward to having a different team come to our house as we are looking for a company that can send the same person that we know we will get the same results. We will then review that team. But A+ in my book for customer satisfaction and they were really wonderful about it

After a terrible experience with another local provider, Maid Brigade came in and the ladies did a TREMENDOUS job. They were on time, got down to business, and were exactly what I needed. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I was surprised that they didn't bring a bucket to mop floors with nor to wash the windows. We loaned them one. The house was empty and we had cleaned it and mopped it prior to their coming so it was pretty clean already. The windows needed washing and they did a good job. We had done the bathrooms so that didn't need to be done. Even though we had many cats we had treated the odor spots and the girls were pleasantly surprised that there was no cat odor anywhere. That was nice to hear.

I called to schedule a cleaning and they were able to accommodate me within 2 days. The 2 girls arrived on time. They were polite and friendly, but got right to work. They did everything that I asked, which included cleaning my entire first floor and my 2 bathrooms upstairs. The cleaning was very thorough and well done. I will definitely be using them again. It was incredibly simple and stress free.

They did a full house cleaning for a friend of mine, I can't quote the price because I don't know what she paid but she said it was very reasonable. They did a great job and she has hired them to come in every 2 weeks to do normal house cleaning.

Excellent. I have used them for about 3 years. They are very reliable, pleasant and professional. Since they work for a company, they are insured. Their work occasionally is incomplete, I think because they work so fast. For example, they may miss dusting everything, but will make up for it at their next visit. They work in a team of 2, at least for routine home cleaning.

They did a fantastic job. The ladies were on time, polite and friendly. I appreciated the fact that a field manager came out while the ladies where at the house to see how the job was going. They also shared with me a suggestion on products to keep the upstairs bathroom shower doors clean. They were also very kind to my two year daughter which is always a plus in my book. I would recommend them and use them again!

I hired this company for my mom to do deep fall cleaning. The girls were punctual and friendly. A supervisor came during the time the. girls were there. I went around and found some very obvious missed cleaning. Dirt and dust that was left on cabinets, on the floor, around the doors. They did redo areas that I found, but very disappointed. The money we paid which in my opinion was very steep I found the work was not done in a professional manner.. They were suppose to be there 3 to 4 hrs. and they were there 2 hrs. 45 min. It seemed as though the supervisor came over to not only check on their work but I had a feeling they had another job to go to and went through our job very quickly and very sloppily. Twice I have used this company and I will not use them again. Enough is enough.

Staff arrived on time - introductions made - professional with quality work and timeliness of work completed. Definitely will use again. Greatly appreciated the work and especially the professionalism. Nice team.

We have had Maid Brigade coming to our home bi-weekly for approximately two months. We are especially fussy about keeping our hardwood floors clean and shiny. The Maid Brigade team does an excellent job of "staging" this process, so that our floors do not look smudged or streaked when they are done. They leave a "comment card" every time they come out, and the supervisors do a great job of staying on top of correcting any omissions or errors. If you need a team that does a thoughtful, effective job, we recommend that you give Maid Brigade a try.

The service has been very good overall. They’re always very prompt and do an excellent job.

I highly recommend them! I love working with them. They’re very trustworthy, efficient, and care for my home. They make sure nothing happens to my dog while they’re cleaning. It’s been a great experience overall!

Overall, the experience has gone well. They always show up on time and call the day before to remind me. They do a pretty good job and do what I ask them to do. They have a standard routine and method to how they clean. They’re very trustworthy and they always lock up after themselves. They also always leave a stamped postcard for me for any comments that I want to make. For two hours, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room/family room/kitchen, I pay $141. I’ve been pretty happy overall.

The service has gone very well overall. We’re very pleased with the continued service we’ve gotten from them.

They’ve been fine. My wife and I are both satisfied; they’ve done a good job overall.
