He was honest & professional regarding all the questions I asked & answered them promptly regarding what is needed & cost estimate. Arrived on time & addressed all issues. Their care & consideration for my home was wonderful. Compared to previous companies I'd hired, Polar went above & beyond. I would definitely hire them again if needed.

I hired Polar Plumbing to replace my existing direct fired water heater because it was reaching end of life and was not keeping up with our hot water needs. I had originally considered a tankless system and when Jared visited my home he took the time to explain the features of the tankless system and contrasted that with an indirect fired system. We decided to go with the indirect system with a whole house filter. At that point I was still meeting with other providers because I wanted to be diligent about understanding the different services and indirect tanks. Through this period Jared and Ray were incredibly responsive and thorough in their responses to my follow-up questions. At one point Jared came back out to my home to perform a water test because I had inquired about a water softener as potentially part of the project, and he was very forthcoming about when he would or would not recommend a water softener which I felt exemplified Polar commitment to satisfying their customers and not just trying to up sell the project. I of course opted to go with them for the project and Mike performed the installation beautifully. It is a big job and the previous water heater and filter installation had not thoughtfully considered the placement of the hardware but Mike was excellent in this manner. All the plumbing looked great and tie-in to the old work was excellent. Mike was very considerate of our water needs and expedited the cold water supply back to the house, so we had access to water. I was beyond satisfied with the entire experience and will definitely be using Polar again for my heating, plumbing, and air conditions needs.

I called Ray at Polar because my elderly parents had a pipe problem over Chinese New Year. I wanted to make sure they were ok but I wouldn't be there for the repair. Polar was great about explaining the cost structure, giving an estimate for what seemed to be wrong but making us aware about possible complications. They charge by task/fix from a cost book, not by hour. In the end, they were amazing about communicating with me AND my parents, they were on time, clean, polite, and did a great job. The cost book thing felt transparent and convinced us that even if there was a bigger problem, we wouldn't be gouged unreasonably. It was great to feel like I could take care of my parents at a distance because Polar was so reliable.

The polar team was excellent. They showed up on time and got the work done in a clean, quick, and efficient manner. They made sure everything worked properly and explained everything in detail before departing. Hired them for HVAC work and will probably hire them again for plumbing. Highly recommended!

Professional and knowledgeable

Very courteous, professional, personable. Responded to request for appt immediately. I had a chimney fire, needed to have a/c ducts cleaned from all the chemicals fireman used. they came in cleaned my A/C ducts and sprayed solution for odor; even wrapped openings so further dust wouldn't be problem during construction. I would recommend.

I selected Polar Plumbing because of the many positive reviews on Home Adviser. I was not disappointed. My ultimate selection of Polar as our vendor of choice was based on their total solution proposal to our heating and water issues. The primary interfaces were Ray and Jared. Ray was the communication link to the project and kept us informed throughout the process. Jared was the front man. His plumbing, heating and water treatment expertise was clearly evident. The project began shortly thereafter and the team was precisely on time and very professional. The oil fired boiler was installed the first day and the old oil burner and associated equipment were disposed of. The installation looked and performed great. The next day was the installation of a water treatment system, 2 Nest thermostats and baseboard covers. In two days our lives changed: reliable consistent heat and hot water, and the odorous sulfur smell was gone. Kudos to the Polar team.

Very pleased with Jared, Ray and their crew. All were professionals and knowledgeable. Gave me a very good price on replacing my forced hot air furnace. They came when they said and replaced it in a couple of hours. They cleaned up any mess and tested the unit. Went above and beyond my expectations and made the process painless. I highly recommend them and would hire them again. They did a great job.
