I was looking to convert from oil to gas and I called several plumbing companies. Polar was by far the best overall (pricing and service). Their 5 star reviews are all real! As a landlord for over 10 years with several properties and dealing with many plumbing companies, Polar surpassed my expectations. I initially found them on a google search and spoke with Jared a few times. They always have someone available to speak with and the key word is they ALWAYS respond to you; they answer their phones, call you back, and reply to emails. They were very friendly to myself and to my tenant during the install. It's a no brainer to call Polar!

The technicians were very professional and clean. I would definitely hire them again for other projects.

The entire process of swapping out my older gas furnace/central AC combo unit was seamless. Everyone was very professional, communicative and helpful along the way. All went as planned and the job was completed as expected. They used quality parts for a better price than the competition who offered lower quality units at a higher price.

Called in an emergency to replace my furnace. Polar was able to install the very next day - faster and cheaper than the competition! On top of that they made me feel like they actually cared that my family and I wouldn't freeze and that they wanted to provide a quality product and excellent service. They really came through for me and now I brag about them to all of my neighbors!

Excellent customer service, very helpful and they explain everything. We did have a few delays in getting them out here, but it was not an emergency. So far the new boiler is working well!

I received service in January 2021 for a problem I was having with my hot water heating system. Problems were solved after replacing some components and I was not happy with the overall outcome of the way the repairs went. I paid for the service and everything was working but I felt like I had been given a wrong diagnosis based on details I will not get into. As a result, I gave an unfavorable rating grade. Recently I was contacted by one of the owners to discuss my experience. Ray and I had a long conversation and came to a reconsideration of the bill I paid. Ray has always been extremely pleasant to converse with and at the conclusion offered to refund the complete charges for the services in question. I never felt like I was taken advantage of, but was not comfortable with the process of the diagnosis and the resulting charges. I was left wondering whether other options, or tests should have been considered but I did not want to seem like I was questioning the technician opinions or skills. I new his skills were on an expert level but that does not necessarily mean that an error could not occur. At any rate I am going to try to remove my original rating and wholeheartedly give 5 stars across the board for Polar heating and plumbing. The fact that I was contacted to discuss my concerns and given a refund when I was not even anticipating this is a testament in itself that they are truly concerned with their customers opinions and ultimately the outcome and status of their work. I will continue to consider them with any needs I have in the future and am removing my earlier rating for them. Businesses that go to this level of customer care are, in my opinion, few and far between. Thanks Ray and all your staff for making me feel much better about the experience I had. I look forward to working with you in the future and I will highly recommend your business to anyone I can.

I absolutely LOVE my Polar crew! Beginning with Ray, the Co-owner, Betsy and the entire work team. They are extremely helpful, considerate, and respectful. I was in the process of replacing my furnace when the old one died. I contacted Ray and they immediately ordered me a replacement but due to Covid-19, the furnace was not available. I was then upgraded to a much better furnace with NO extra charge to me. The guys came out and got the new one installed and replaced my thermostat. My not realizing that the thermostat had a pre-program set up, I was struggling to control the temp in the house. Ray sent one of his men right out to address the issue with no cost to me. I also hired them to clean out my ducts and the service was as expected, EXTRAORDINARY as always! Thank you to ALL of my Polar bear teamâ £ï¸

They just installed a heat pump system and water heater. Jared provided invaluable information about the options and supervised the work. Ray handled all the arrangements and paperwork. They were highly professional and client service oriented. Installers were very clean and responsible. Highly recommend.
