The owner (Steve) was extremely professional and prompt. He went out of his way to get to my house to remove a bee's nest that very day because a household is deathly allergic to bee stings. He knows his business well and remedied the problem quickly and completely. Also, he is a very nice man -- I wish all businesses were like his!

Steve was extremely helpful in dealing with our bee-issue ASAP. He traveled to us first thing in the morning (7:30!) and came back to address the issue again later in the day to make sure that all was taken care of. He was courteous, professional, and even called back after a week to make sure that the issue had been resolved. He will be my go-to guy for pest issues from this point on!
