Truly an excellent experience and a perfect result. Steve was very communicative from the beginning and emphasized that their focus is first on sealing up entryways rather than just continuing to trap or poison mice already inside. He quoted a price for 3 visits over the course of about a month, and we even were able to include treatment for our neighbor who lives in a smaller house on the same property for a reduced price. Dan showed up on time and was extremely professional and thorough, even finding other places in the basement that we should be aware of but didn't need treatment. We haven't seen or heard mice since shortly after the first treatment and just had our third visit yesterday to make sure all is well. It's a highly effective process that just makes plain sense. Steve and Dan are incredibly kind and dedicated to making sure the problem is solved with the services quoted from the beginning. Also, they use a texting system to remind folks about appointments which is extremely appreciated. 100% A+++

I woke up to find my kitchen overwhelmed with carpenter ants. One call to Steve at A-1 No Nonsense Pest Control and we had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Steve provided me with pricing information and was very upfront about what the % of success could be treating the ant infestation. When Daniel showed up, he was very professional, did a walk through inspection of the house and quickly got busy assessing where the treatments needed to be applied. He let me know where I needed to take care of standing water around the house and even let me know where he had found a mouse nest in the cellar. The price was very reasonable for the services completed by Daniel. Kudos to Steve and his Team. I will gladly recommend his company to any of my friends who need pest control.

Steve, the owner/ operator responded quickly to our request for service, analyzed the situation and then patiently explained the limited options and effectively neutralized our pest problem (a hard to reach active black jack hornet's nest). These guys are great professionals. I absolutely recommend their services.

These guys are kind, funny and super professional. They went out of their way to give me the first appointment of the day after I got stung 5 times by wasps and then found two nests. They also went out of their way to come back to give me some super valuable info and advice on another pest issue I was having. Highly recommend! Will definitely use them again
