Thank you for your review; we use Angies List to continuously improve our customer service. I believe your experience with our company is not an accurate portrayal of our great customer service. I don’t understand the grade you gave for punctuality. We schedule appointments within a 2 hour time frame because of unforeseen issues such as traffic, a previous appointment lasting a little longer than normal, etc. When we scheduled your appointment, you were not happy with our “2 hour time frame” and you requested us to be there within ½ hour of the appointed time. We arrived 5 minutes early but because you would not allow us to park in one of your two parking spots, we had to park ¼ mile away. We carry window treatments of all price ranges and you chose the top of the line product. Well, when you choose the best, you will find many cheaper alternatives. Unfortunately, you told our sales rep you were only interested in one of the most expensive lines we carry. We have many good customers from all ends of the price spectrum, from our budget lines all the way to our top end lines and we’re sorry you chose not to look at something in your price range. Finally, you requested us to leave you our measurements. It is standard within the industry not to leave our measurements, but you requested them, and again, we complied. It seems you wanted to use our FREE labor (measurements) for your personal gain. To sum this up, we were on time (punctual), cared about your requests: shortened our “time frame” and gave you our measurements to meet your demands (responsiveness) and followed up with you (professionalism). We should not have changed our policies for you. They were put in place to avoid these situations and have worked so well for so many in the past. We will adhere to our policies from this point forward. Thank you.
