Vogue Window Fashion and Custom Upholstery

Seema spent a lot of time with us reviewing options. When we made our decision, the company was very prompt in installing the shades which can be controlled via remote in the room. It was a complicated installation with both blackout shades to protect some of our art and decorative shades over the blackout ones, with each operating independently. Seema always followed through with what she said Vogue would do. When we are exploring another option, the company spent a lot of time working with us. This was above and beyond what I might have expected. We highly recommend their services and for them, the customer always came first.

We called Vogue window fashion for a consultation to discuss our window treatments project. Designer was knowledgeable and offered us some very nice options. We decided to go with Motorized Silhouettes for the living room and bedroom. Their entire process from picking the style, colors and installation was easy and everyone including the installer was professional. Highly recommend them.

So happy with the end result! We worked with Seema from the start to the end of our project. Marshall did our installation. Both were very professional, efficient and left us totally satisfied and ecstatic with our blinds. We had 3 Hunter Douglas motorised silhouette blinds in our living room/kitchen. Motorised HD blackouts in 3 bedrooms, 3 motorised Roman shades in the bedrooms too. We love everything. We got the HD hub and it’s very cool how you can control all the motorisation from the comfort of your sofa from your phone! There were a few issues on installation day and after but Seema dealt with everything swiftly and got Marshal in asap anytime we’ve needed him. They are both meticulous in their work, they take their time to make sure everything is left to your satisfaction and correctly. Thanks guys!

Vogue did a great job and was truly a full-service operation. Seema was helpful in funding us the perfect window treatment and then took care of the logistics. The installer was quick and professional and we're very pleased with how great everything came out.

I got a recommendation from a friend to use Vogue Windows and they did an absolutely fabulous job. Creative problem solving and keen sense of design helped. I did not have any execution issues. Everything went smoothly and as planned. It was a pleasant experience dealing with all the people that represented the company.

Seema came to our apartment, and I told her I wanted curtains installed over my windows. She gently suggested that I consider blinds instead, for stylistic reasons, and she showed me various pictures of what this would look like. My wife and I spent a week or so thinking about our options, and we asked Seema for some more information, which she provided. During this time, she did not pressure us at all to make a decision or even to make any purchase at all. We eventually decided on blinds, which Seema had suggested. Then, we spent another week or so determining the various specifications, color, and so forth. After we placed the order, we waited about two weeks, and then a friendly window installer came and installed them. They look stunning! They have totally changed the character of that part of the apartment and have inspired me and wife to embark upon a more far-reaching redecoration. Please not that the picture below only shows about 60-70% of the full width of the window. Also, for what it's worth, according to my knowledge of pricing for window treatments, it was reasonably priced.

Execution was very smooth. There were a few obstacles VWF encountered which they were able to manage effectively. I'm very happy with the results.

We are very happy with the shades. Seema coordinated with the electrician giving him the locations for motors and wires. She measured more than once and provided consultation on fabric and style that was very helpful. When I changed my mind about color or style she responded graciously. I felt that we established a good working relationship. There were some minor problems as there always are but the attitude with which they were addressed was very reassuring. We are happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to use the company again. We did receive several bids but felt that because Seema provided an electrician familiar with the product it saved us from having to coordinate with an outside service provider as many of the other shade companies require. We felt that the pricing was fair for the service involved.

The whole process was done in a timely manner and everything worked out perfectly. I am a very busy person so any mistakes would make me fairly upset, but Vogue Window Fashion did not upset me at all. They were extremely professional and experienced in the industry, and I am very happy with my shades.

I heard about Vogue Window Fashion from my neighbor. I had been thinking about replacing my bedroom curtains for a while now, as I have drafty windows so I gave them a call. The Sales person was wonderful. She came in for a consultation and had very good suggestions. I immediately felt comfortable with her ideas and decided to move forward with her. She delivered everything as promised and I absolutely love the curtains. I highly recommend them.

The whole experience was outstanding! The consultation was very helpful and the designer was able to perfectly assess my specific needs. Upon placing my order, everything was delivered and installed very quickly. I went through the trouble of getting estimates from other companies but Vogue was the best. I highly recommend them.

We decided to interview some one from Vogue as we had heard great things about them from a friend and sure enough, we were quite impressed with the initial consultation. The designer was very professional and knowledgable. Gave us some great ideas and was also very creative. She had suggestions that we had not thought of and made a lot of sense. We got beautiful curtains that transformed the room into an elegant place we love. Definately recommend them.

After finally finishing up on redecorating our place we called back Vogue for just some added upholstery, pillows and bedding and received the products today. Everything looks and feels great! Thank you for the great quality and service throughout!

This is our second time using this company. We have block glass windows in our bathroom that were allowing so much heat into our bedroom that the room was 10-15 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Seema recommended solar shades. We were amazed at the difference it made! The temperature in the bedroom is now the same as the rest of the house!!!! We also had 12 other shades automated by Vogue and order a few more for our guest room and son's room. We could not be happier. Seema and her staff are all about customer service. I would recommend this company to all my friend and family.

We used Vogue around a while ago and had a great experience. So we called to put shutters in out bathrooms and basement. They set an appointment time to meet with us one evening. Seema came over with different examples and presented how each blinds/shutters function differently. I never realized that there were any major differences between shutters/blinds other than price. Seema brought physical samples as she explained what makes some shutters fundamentally different from others. We agreed on a price and scheduled a date to have them come out and install. Today, we had our shutters and blinds installed by Vogue. Although they have a great installation, she showed up during installation. We are so happy with the look and functionality of the Shutters/Blinds. We also have a lifetime warranty on them. Vogue gave us a great product and even better service.

We were recommended this place by a friend who lives in the city. They had their three bedroom apartment done by Vogue and had a good experience! Well, we couldn't be happier with their service and over all experience! We were unsure of what products we want and their designer patiently showed us all the options and we now have beautiful curtains and shades that we get complements on by any one who comes over to our house! Definitely recommend them!!!

My boyfriend and I just purchased our apartment recently, and we needed our kitchen window and bedroom windows treated. After reading several great reviews of Vogue Window Fashion on a few websites, I decided to give them a call. Seema came out for the consultation. Super nice lady, pleasant to deal with. We were able to get our kitchen window done a few days later, since we got cellular shades, which were done on rush order. They look awesome. For our bedroom windows, we got Roman shades, but since they took a couple weeks to get made, we just got them finished this evening. I gotta say, they look great. Reasonable prices (about as reasonable as window treatments go), professional and quick installs, and friendly as can be for doing business with.

We moved in a couple of months ago and it was time to dress up our windows. Vogue window fashion was recommended to us by our building manager. He said they have done a few units in our building and are very good. They were professional and completed the project in a timely manner. Everyone including their installers were friendly and pleasant to work with. They even followed up after and asked if everything was okay. This type of service is not commonly found these days! We had a great experience with Vogue Window Fashion! Entire process was smooth and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Some of the windows we have are oddly shaped and we had no idea what would work on those. Seema was very patient and helpful. She seemed very knowledgeable and had the perfect solution for everything. She even helped us pick out perfect paint colors. If you want comprehensive service delivered quickly for a fair price this is the company for you. I am working with Vogue again for my vacation home in Miami and have recommended them to family in Mauritius.

They need to be upfront with clients, that once they sign a prelim assessment that no changes can be made. I asked for return on deposit, she refused. Mentioned that fabrics being used could be purchased online, she refused. The measurements were wrong. The fabrics were wrong and so were panels. They had to redo fabric because it was too short. Tiebacks were never ordered and had to used ones that didn't match. The final balance was incorrect and I had to have the manager fix it. This is a worst company I've ever worked with...ever.

They hung the shades and drapes. Also,hung lace curtains that I had and poles for curtains and drapes.
