Description of Work: Windows are good. Probably more than we need in this climate (triple pane). But the after-sale service was SLOW - replacing a window that failed, and having windows open easily. Took several phone calls and threatening with BBB complaint.

Description of Work: The quality and speediness of the work exceeded our expectations. They completely replaced a very complicated roof in one day. They provided a very amenable financial package, as well. The only dissatisfaction/nonprofessionalism was in the delivery of the materials which was provided by a different company. (They expected me to sign a waiver stating that if they damaged my driveway in the delivery process, I would have to pay for it. I did not sign after a call to Timber who said they would take care of it. It ended up not even being an issue.) We have a beautiful, new roof that has withstood a season of torrential rain and vicious winds.

Description of Work: Their aggressive salesmen came to my door without an appointment and offered to provide a roofing estimate for my home. I stated I would like one. A meeting with their estimator was set, and it was stated I must be at home for it. When their estimator arrived he refused to start work on creating the estimate without my wife present. I stated my wife was not available, please proceed without her. The estimator said he would not, then abruptly left. Leaving me with time wasted and no estimate.

+ -1 moreThey led me to believe that I was going to win a free window and they assured me that there were no purchase requirements. I questioned a couple of times and they told me the only requirement was that they had to come measure for windows in my house. As soon as he got to my house he told me I had to buy three windows but he did the measurements anyway because it was clear that I was promised a free window. They still haven’t delivered the window that they said they made. My experience is that they pretty much lied to me, tried to force me to buy windows that I never intended to buy, and they haven’t followed through with their agreement.

+ -1 morePersonally, they were great. We were really happy with how it turned out. They did make some mistakes. They brought the wrong glass and so they had to come back a couple times. That was a bit annoying but the always made it right. I would still recommend them to other people and I am really happy with the final result.

+ -1 moreA young gentleman in uniform knocked on my door and explained to me that they were doing free energy audits with a window estimate. I agreed to have them come the next day but I spent that evening researching them online to verify I was working with a reputable and legitimate company. What I found was they are licensed, bonded, insured and accredited with the better business bureau. Shortly after setting the appointment I received a phone call from the main office to confirm that the time set would work for me. The next day the consultant arrived on time to show me what they had to offer. There was no pressure or obligation to buy on the spot, however, after being educated I did not want to wait and decided to move forward that night. They provided me with low monthly payments to keep it within my budget. Not only were the windows custom built for MY house they had them ordered and installed in less than 6 weeks as promised.
Description of Work: They replaced and recycled all my old aluminum double pane windows with triple pane composite windows. There were a total of 8 windows and 1 sliding glass door installed all with new exterior trim. While doing the work they were very clean, polite and respectful of my property. They cleaned everything up and vacuumed inside leaving nothing behind.
