The person I first spoke with to schedule an appointment was courteous but vague. Though I'd asked to have (organic) cleaning products supplied and noted my Angie's List referral, when I inquired about the price (twice), she only said "$27/hr, 3 hr. minimum". We scheduled for Sunday at 10:00. By 10:30, no one had shown up or called. I contacted the owner, via the cell phone provided. He assured me he would look into it, and within 30 minutes I received a call apologizing for the inconvenience, and offering to reschedule for the next evening. Monday evening, Hyacinth and her coworker arrived. They were punctual, friendly, efficient and thorough. The place was lovely, and I could not have been more pleased. At the end, I paid them for the three hours (plus tip). The next day, I received a call saying I had "forgotten" to include tax and supplies, which they would charge to my Credit Card. I don't mind the charges, but they should have been included in the estimate. Also, no 10% discount.

When I called for rates and an appointment, the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The two cleaners arrived on time and went right at it. Very few questions, no problems at all -- just attacked the place. When they were finished, I had to sign for the work/time...and off they went, just as cheerily as when they'd come in.

Richard promptly responded to my inquiry, gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment. He was very flexible with the scheduling given the short time frame. Jeremiah arrived early and completed the job in a professional, efficient and timely manner. The job was completed on time and on budget.

She was 50 minutes late, but very polite. Worked hard for 4hr 45min nonstop and everything she cleaned was cleaned very well. Unfortunately, there were some details I was disappointed were overlooked -- some tops of framed objects, door ledges, occasional miscellaneous items simply weren't touched.

The staff at Spotless were so efficient in handling the scheduling of the job. The worker showed up exactly on time and got right to work. I could not have being more pleased with the work performed. I will definitely call them again.

Marilyn, the house cleaner, was very thorough, but was late getting here and left a big early.

I have to say that my experience with Spotless from start to finish was top notch. From the first phone conversation I had with the office personnel to the prompt arrival of the cleaning crew I was treated like I was their very top priority. They did not really need any guidance whatsoever and knew exactly what to do in each and every circumstance, however they were certainly open to each and every request that I made. When they left my apartment, it looked brand new! I plan on calling Spotless again in the near future!
