Redline did a great job moving me out of my apartment, in freezing temperatures with snow to deal with as well. The estimate provided by Kieran I believe was accurate and he was a pleasure to deal with (he's got a thick Irish brogue but you can understand him after a while)! When the guys came to do the move they were prompt and professional and never complained about the horrible weather conditions. I did not have as many items packed as I'd planned but they took care of what was left and did so with care. I also had a small piano to move and they managed to lift that up steep flights of stairs. Respect. All considered a great bunch to deal with and I recommend them highly.

I contacted them via their website on a Saturday and they reached out promptly by email on Monday. They were able to send an estimator at my convenience on Sunday afternoon. The estimator was brief but very convivial and by the next morning he had emailed an estimate for our one bedroom apartment. The estimate to move us from our elevator 9th floor apartment in White Plains to our new condo in Jersey City was around roughly $1050 with a ceiling of around $1300 (which we negatiated down to $1200). This would include 4 movers and 5 hours of time with all necessary tolls included. Their estimates were very clearly written down and the ceiling price was a nice contingency. It turned out that our apartment screwed up our scheduled elevator time and at the last second I had to change our times to accommodate the regulations of our new condo. Shane and his crew were extremely helpful and even agreed to help as move at 7am in the morning then day after New Years Day. The morning of the move they arrived early at 6:40 with the truck ready to go. The move took significantly less time than was estimated. The movers were all very polite and treated all of our furniture with care. They moved very quickly and by the end we finished ahead of schedule. As it turned out we were charged only $980 which was less than the initial estimate. These guys are pros that do a quality job at a reasonable price. They are friendly and work quickly and with care. My girlfriend and I were most impressed with the results and when we move to our next place we will definitely be calling them. They come with our highest recommendations.

Kieran and team showed up early the day of the move. They came up and got started on time and were courteous and professional. In fact, since we had everything packed up and ready to go, Kieran suggested we use one less person and save money. We appreciated the fact that he was honest and didn't overcharge us. The move itself went well, especially since they took a lot of care wrapping our furniture to avoid damage. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The gentleman who I spoke with was very nice and tried to reach out to a couple employees to help me out. Unfortunately I needed the service for a Sunday, which was the day I moved and they weren't available that day.

I was very impressed with the overall professionalism of Redline Moving. It starts with Shane on the phone who made it easy to schedule a free quote. It extends to Keiran who showed up right on time and took meticulous notes in constructing a quote, and delivered it later in the day as promised. I especially liked the fact that they provide a max quote, which means they won't charge beyond that amount. This provided peace of mind in estimating what the final costs would be. As my condo requires a certificate of insurance with specific conditions listed, I was concerned this might take a long time to get from Redline. No fear, this literally took minutes to get from them. The entire quote to confirmation process was entirely painless. Once the moving crew arrived (right on time), professionalism again was the name of the game. They did an amazing job wrapping and protecting my furniture. Not having gone through a big move like this before, I had assumed they would just wrap a blanket around my furniture (at best) and shove it in the back of the truck. No, they actually disassembled my tables, couches, bed, entertainment center, and even lamps, and wrapped hand-cut cardboard around each piece, and then for the more delicate pieces wrapped blankets around them, and then taped the entire bundle. The prep for the move does take quite a while because of this, but it's worth it. My furniture arrived unscathed. They also do a great job of reassembling all the pieces in the new home, and you can't even tell it was ever taken apart. Another great thing is that they are very accommodating when it comes to placement. With a couple of our bigger pieces we were indecisive in where to place them and actually changed our minds, and they didn't grumble in the least when we asked them to relocate the items. The crew also went out of their way to make conversation and made the entire experience (which can be stressful) very pleasant. I'm not sure there are too many other moving companies out there for which you could say that. "They actually made the move pleasant." So all in all, A's across the board from me. I highly recommend these guys and would not hesitate to use them again for any future move. I am very pleased I found them and hope they stay around for a long time.

My call was answered immediately and I was given available times for a move such as ours. We agreed on a date and time. They sent all appropriate paperwork to both buildings. On morning of move, they notified me of their arrival which was tight on time. They were very profession able and personable and kept me informed of all time heir activities. We couldn't have been more pleased.

It was a misunderstanding. I needed someone to help pack up my kitchen. The deal is only good for moving in state.

From the very first contact, heir responsiveness and professionalism exceeded expectations. The arrived exactly on time, were efficient including the estimate and the actual move. We added many things to our move after the estimate but he quickly accommodated this and still came within the very reasonable quote. All members of the team were polite, and professional. We have moved many times and this is the first group of movers I would absolutely recommend and use again.

The team that moved us showed up on time and began moving everything at a very quick and efficient pace. They worked nonstop, were very friendly and accommodating, and hustled the entire day. They even took less time than was estimated so the cost of the move wound up being cheaper than expect. I would highly recommend them.

Shane from Redline provided a quick online estimate. The crew of three (later, four) arrived perfectly on time and went straight to work, loading boxes, wrapping book shelves , lamps, mirrors, pictures, seats, and assorted sundries, -- and unloaded them quickly, professionally, patiently, competently, and without any damage to either my stuff or the new apartment/elevator/hallways. They had great personalities and a good sense of humor. My sincere thanks to the team of Simon, Ken, Christian and another young gentleman for making my move absolutely painless and -- dare I say? -- fun. I will recommend Redline to all my friends and colleagues if and when they require moving help.

They sent three guys to pack the day before the move. That went smoothly and they were very efficient and friendly. The next day, they arrived on time (in fact, they were early both days), with at least 6 guys to move us out of the building. That went smoothly, and then 4 guys went to the storage unit and to the house. All in all, it was a very good operation. I would recommend them highly.

They came with a crew of 8 guys and two large trucks. It took two days to move us, but they were very careful with our stuff and worked very efficiently. We could not be happier with their service. Out of all of the contractors (painter, electrician, plumber, floor guy) we used in connection with the move to our new home, we were surprised that the movers we hired impressed us the most. Who knew?

This is our fourth move with Redline since early 2012 for a variety of family members and situations. Every single one has been fantastic. They are punctual, prepared, professional, and absolutely reassuring. They appear a few minutes early, ready to work. They check out the route out of the building before starting. They don't break, lose or damage anything. They have been unfailingly kind during some difficult situations. Obviously, I would use them again - I have done so three times in a very short time! I have also recommended them to everyone who will listen.

They did a great job. They came in, got to work fast, no lounging about, and were very nice. They also had to deal with a building that has a lot of difficult rules for workers and two elevators to get out. They never complained and were with us for 12+ hours. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent job. Kieran came to our apartment and did a walkthrough. We got a written room by room content estimate and then the written estimate of the cost (that did not change). Movers were professional and friendly. They respected our property and our home. Asked where specific pieces should go. We had to work within the rules of the co-op so a couple of days before the move I was contacted by Kieran with the suggestion that they would add an additional man to guarantee finishing by 4:30 pm. The price would not change. The co-op could have fined us $1000 if we hadn't finished on time. They actually finished early. There was no damage. They assembled pieces that they had taken apart for moving. There was one piece, my dining room table, that I asked them not to reassemble because, with all the boxes, there was no room to set the table up. They were uncomfortable with my request because they said they do not leave pieces that they take apart unassembled. Very conscientious! Kieran stopped by to see how the move was going and we were glad he did. We needed to know what the customary tip was - he said usually $50 per man but of course that was up to us. So, we gave a $300 tip for 6 men in addition to the moving cost. This may seem like a lot -$1800 plus $300- but it was worth it. They made the move less stressful- I won't say easy because there is no such thing as an easy move! I highly recommend Redline. My apologies for taking so long to write a review.

I bought this deal without the knowledge that Redline has a 4hr minimum policy. Your representative agreed that the fine print on the published deal did not mention the 4hr minimum policy. I only needed to move a couch not an apt. Shane from Redline returned my call and said he understood that $400 would not be much of a deal to move one piece of furniture. I would appreciate a full refund on this case since the deal did not mention Redline's policy. I can't speak more highly of the service that Red Line provided and how great they were to work with. Kieran (from Red Line) came to give us a quote on a busy weekday morning, he was an hour late due to unavoidable rush hour traffic on the bridge. Even though he was late, he was calling frequently to let me know his ETA and upon arrival was incredibly apologetic and had a great attitude. They gave a us a competitive quote which was better than any other quote we got except one (though they included more men, extra boxes and an extra pick up outside of the city). On move day they showed up right on time and despite being impeded by our apartment building who scheduled too many moves that day and delayed us significantly, Kieran and his team kept really positive attitudes and worked really hard to get all of our furniture protected and out the building. Kieren worked like a champ and still cracked jokes, was extremely professional and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. We ended up getting a flat rate deal with them and though our move ended up taking 12 hours, Kieran and his team never complained about anything, unless out of jest for a good laugh. We had some very heavy and delicate furniture and everything was packed very carefully and delivered in one piece. These guys were well worth every penny and not sure any tip would have been too much for their service and positive attitude! Moving sucks and they made it as enjoyable as it could've been. If you have Kieran and his men on the job you won't be disappointed! A+++

They were excellent. The person who came to give me a quote, I asked him about the storage. He told me not to store it up because it was too far away. He said that it will cost me more. He told me that if I need storage, I should go to a local company. He's very professional. He tried to save me money by not getting the storage fee. He's honest and helpful. The only things that were damaged were very fragile things. The furniture was in good shape. They did a good job in every account.

Redline was punctual and professional in the packing and unpacking of the contents. The estimate was the final price. They were flexible in the packing of a few extra pieces not in the original estimate. It went smoothly and pleasantly.

Contacted them based on previous positive reviews -- we were not disappointed; found Shane and Kieran helpful, friendly, prompt, responsive. All communication (in person and via email) was clear, from the the initial phone call, to the estimate, to the packers/movers. Tomas, Mike, Marko and Jazmin were a cheerful crew, also attentive to details. Would use them again (if we ever move again!), would recommend them to friends/family.
