Redline provided a quote that was way off and did not properly consult with their movers to give them details about the destination. They under-staffed the move and took almost twice as long as expected. They movers then caused damage but the company did not offer to pay for repairs. The only positive, and the reason why I didn't give an "F" score is that the company was able to schedule the move quickly and the movers were nice.

Redline was on time and did a great job moving my belongings to a new space. The guys were great, careful and wrapped furniture with care and moved into the new space quickly and efficiently, Great experience and highly recommended.

Shane, Kieran and company are the best. They were were extremely professional and completed the move without any hiccups. I would highly recommend Redline moving.

If I never use Angie's List again, this experience more than paid for the membership fee. I moved from a large apartment after having lived there for 32 years. These movers were AMAZING. They were professional, efficient, and courteous. While I had packed most things, I left the larger items such as mirrors, lamps, etc. for them to wrap and pack. They wrapped and packed on Day 1 and on Day 2, when they arrived at my new location, they were patient as I found a location for my things. They also remembered the rooms from which furnishings had been moved and upon consultation with me, placed them in the new house. The foreman, Simon, was intelligent and engaged in his work and the other young men were focused on the job at hand. The gentleman who gave the estimate was very late that morning due to unusual traffic, but he continued to call to update me on his progress which was very much appreciated. Most importantly, on the days of the move, they were prompt ringing the bell at exactly 9 AM ready to go. The estimate was based on a 2-day move requiring 2 trucks and I chose the not-to-exceed price option. Other estimates I obtained gave the same assessment, but this company was below the cost of other companies. What a bargain! As I continue to unpack I have found everything and it is all intact. I cannot say enough good things about my moving experience with Redline. While moving is never easy, this company provided professional service which eliminated much of the anxiety associated with a move of this type.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with Redline moving. They were courteous, efficient, and professional. I would hire them again without hesitation!

It was an awful experience. The owner kept telling us "I'm only trying to help" to the point we wanted to put the packing tape over his mouth. The men were nice but inefficient. They left behind so much, we had to hire a van the next day. It cost twice as much as they estimated and took twice as long as they thought. So much was broken or missing. Do not use these people. The owner walks around complaining how WE caused him to miscalculate the work. Did he think the furniture multiplied overnight? Nice crew but this company is not the one to choose if you value your property. The owner blames everyone but himself. He should find something else to do in life. I hope you learn from our awful awful experience.

The company did excellent work, from setting up the move, to executing it. The owner was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The men on the job went about their tasks efficiently, carefully, and proceeded in an intelligent manner. I will hire them again. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

Perfectly. This is the 8th time I have used Redline in the last 5 years. Most of the moves have been for elderly relatives. They are always professional and excellent.

There was nothing I disliked. They were professional, came on time, moved everything and did not break anything. We did not have that much that was breakable, but they moved all the heavy stuff for me that I could not move myself. They did a good service and got it done fairly quickly. I have no complaints. They were good and they were accurate. The work turned out fine. They are just movers. They moved the stuff and protected everything when they moved it. They got everything in and out without damaging anything.
