Description of Work: Moved heavy furniture (6 pieces) from Montvale, NJ to Suffern, NY. This is the fourth time I've used Redline. They are, by far, the best moving company I've worked with (and I've worked with many). They are on-time, very professional, and do quality work.

Description of Work: They came for a visit prior to the move to have an idea of the scope of work and materials needed for the move. They brought boxes (at cost to us) for the tvs (ours were the old-school tube tvs), huge hanging wardrobe boxes for coats, etc and other boxes and tape just in case. |The move required 2 trips, I believe. Fortunately, we were moving less than a mile away. |The guys were friendly and helpful especially since I was pregnant at the time of the move

Description of Work: These guys did a phenomenal job. They showed up early and prepared to work a hard day and all had smiles on their faces throughout the job. They also did a really careful job in packing some of our more expensive furniture while taking the time to explain why they were doing what they were doing. We went with them in the first place because they were the only company of the three we contacted willing to come out and preview the job in order to come up with a cost estimate. Items like elevator speed, parking accessibility and the amount of stuff in your closets matter a lot in estimating cost and few of the online questionnaires address them. Perhaps the most amazing thing is that when the final price came back, it was actually a few hundred dollars less than estimated. How many movers do that? We would go with Kieran and his guys again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to any friends looking to move in the NYC area.

 + -1 moreAlthough they were caught in traffic and were late arriving, and then had a problem with the truck and were again delayed 2 hours on the way up to Boston, they were very good and quick w/the loading and unloading and took good care of my things and didn't charge me for their delays. They were not the cheapest option, but the service was good.
Description of Work: Moved my things-about 8 boxes of things and a few small pieces of furniture from New York to Boston.

 + -1 moreRedline did an outstanding job. They packed us up for two days and moved us on the third day. Believe me, after 30 years in that place we had a good amount (3 trucks) of stuff. The army of men worked tirelessly to the end & I commend them for their efforts. The foreman, Scottish John was a sweetheart, all the guys were great and I would not hesitate to use them again. The bill came in at the estimated amount. Money well spent.
