Description of Work: Came to do an estimate, quoted an price 2 times then what I actually paid. When I reached out to them about high costs, errouneously sent an email to me form another customer complaining about the same thing

Description of Work: From the moment I called Redline I knew I found my movers. One of the owners came out to provide an estimate and give me a cap price which is very reassuring. I received quotes from about 8 different companies, I spoke with 6 of those on the phone. The quotes were anywhere from $500 to $950 for 3 men. I have moved many times and knew the low ones were not realistic. I also know you get what you pay for. As always the move did not go smooth. Not because of Redline but my old apartment called me 3 days before the scheduled move to tell me the elevator was not available as they were giving it to a internal move. I called Shane and he rescheduled from the 14th to the 12th and calmed me down that everything would work out. The 4 movers, Tommy, Mike, Brian and T.J. showed up at 8am as scheduled. They were amazing! Professional, polite and very hard workers. Everything was wrapped extremely careful and moved with speed. They had everything out to the truck by 11am. They had to push everything (I had some heavy furniture) up hill to the truck but never complained! They were completely done by 2pm and other than a couple of wobbly legs on 2 pieces (which always happens) there was no damage and they came in at a little under the max quote. I would (and already have) recommend them to anyone moving. Thank you Redline for making one of the most stressful days stress less!

Description of Work: Redline is the most fantastic mover I have encountered. I had a very complicated and lengthy move and they were awesome. The entire crew is pleasant, respectful and extremely helpful. They all go well beyond the call of duty to help and do so with a smile. They made what could have been a very difficult experience actually fun. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. I cannot say enough great things about them!

Description of Work: One of the owners of Redline came in person to give an exact estimate for packing all belongings and wrapping furniture (all treated as valuable antiques) this included crystal and china. The estimate was quite reasonable and beat the other two companies bidding on the job. The estimate also included moving all to a new address. Four men carefully packed one day and five men moved everything the next day. Absolutely nothing was broken, not a chip, crack or break of anything. Every single person from Redline was professional, courteous, kind, hardworking and personable. Redline made a highly stressful situation more than tolerable. They approached every challenge with exceptional professionalism and intelligence. I have only praise for the foreman, the workers, the owners with special thanks to Simon who managed it all with both professionalism and grace. Their work was made quite difficult by the breakdown of the service elevator, the weather, not to mention the fact that that I have MS, limited movement, and energy. All the men recognized my Iimitations and tried to make the move as stress free and tolerable as possible. I am very grateful to Redline.

Description of Work: Red Line movers was absolutely fantastic! They were extremely Professional yet fun and Nice! Very careful with all my furniture and boxes and they never minded when I had something to say about something they were doing. They were extremely punctual and very careful when delivering the furniture to my new address.They continually asked if I was happy with where they were putting things. They Listened well and adapted well to each building they were dealing with. Very nice Guys! I would highly recommend them and the price was very reasonable! They moved me out of one apartment into another one that already had a lot of furniture and they had to fit things around other things.I packed my own boxes but they were very careful packing up all the other furniture and Piano
