Description of Work: I have full cable and internet and phone service. My major complaint is the cost and now the tiers of cost for internet. There are many channels but I am going to drop many since I don't use them. I do use the Internet and the cost is high.

Description of Work: My phone service became unusable. They traced the problem (that took two days), resolved it, and even though the re-wiring was beyond the normal scope of their services, they fixed it without charge.

+ 1 moreI live in the Carolinas and flew to NY for scheduled installation appointment. Waited the entire day. Company was a no show. I phoned and reps refused to reschedule and did not return calls as promised. When I asked for a refund, was told it would take 30 days (took 5 minutes to debit my account when I first contacted company for service).

+ -1 moreThey were very punctual and professional about their job. We were very pleased because they came out right away if we had any problems or if we could not make program.
Description of Work: They gave us different price ranges and types of programs to chose from. When they came out they tried to use our old telephone line but had to redo it in order to make it work.

+ -1 moreI'm stuck with this company until February. I'm very dissatisfied with the service of this company. The technician who came was on his last day of employment so really didn't care about the job he did for me. He left without hooking up the computer and wouldn't come back. The phone was not working and it took from Feb. until July for that to straighten out. The TV freezes with no sound and then goes to a black screen. They have not been responsive and they do not have their act together. I pay a monthly fee.
Description of Work: They hooked up my television, telephones and Internet service.

+ 1 moreThe men that came out to install the service were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of getting me up and running. I think the quality of the service is good and I don t mind the 3 package price I receive each month.
