Very good; quickly; clean and neat; polite workers

Initially I received a call to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment no one showed up. When I called the company I was told that my appointment had been rescheduled but I was never notified. GP S did show up and perform the work but did not send me pictures of the completed work until I called to ask had they done the job. Need to improve communication with clients when appointments are rescheduled.

They never came to my house to perform the service. Called me a day AFTER our scheduled appointment and said they didn't have the equipment available to do the job. AND told me the company wouldn't reschedule another appointment. The most irresponsible company I've ever felt with through Angies List !!!!

Fast and efficient... I hired them on my way out of town for a week long vacation. Came back Friday to a new roof.

Great. They booked the service right away, showed up when they said they would and did a thorough job.

they went up to the roof and used a blower to blow the dirt out of the gutters. less than half an hour of work. they are professional. the only issue is they don't pick up the calls all the time and difficult to arrange for an appointment as they are busy.

They never contacted me. I have left voice mails and have yet to receive a call.

It took about 2 days. All debris was removed. They supplied all materials.

Concerned with the roof of my new home, I signed up for a deal for a gutter cleaning and roof inspection. After the inspection identified several areas of concern, I was very concerned on how to proceed. We were presented with 3 proposed levels of intervention in order to ensure we could find something within our budget. I appreciated being given a range and being provided information on the benefits/limitations of each intervention. The work was done expeditiously and on budget, and came with a warranty against future leaks. Outstanding customer service!

They were responsive, arrived on time, and did a great job.

WENT BETTER THEN EXPECTED. CLEANED ALL GUTTERS AND CLEANED DEBRIS THAT FELL TO GROUND. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Good, they did a very good job. The owner showed up and was very helpful. They pointed out stuff that needed to be done, and could be done in the future. Very polite, and cleaned up after the work was done.

Roof check out and gutter cleaning went without any problem. What a nice contractor! I would use him for other projects in a minute. Top rating here.

Quick, efficient and quiet cleaning. While here George noticed wind damage on my siding from the last storm. He tried to fix it without my asking. Then found the siding had to be replaced since it was warped and the wood behind rotted. He went the extra mile to find the barn red color of my siding. In the end George replaced the siding, fixed the wood and managed to give me barn red like the original color. Not a scrap of debris to be found. Amazing! His crew very efficient, friendly and respectful.

He did everything he contracted to do and answered all questions reasonably.Work was completed quickly and as stated. When a problem arose ( a couple of small window panes had been broken) he suggested reasonable solutions. We were happy with the work and would use him again.

Job was done as promised. They were professional and paid attention to our needs.
