I called Manhattan Roofing for a quote after seeing them do a good job with a neighbor’s roof & chimney. I’ve been remodeling the interior of my home to put it on the market, and needed some a little bit of exterior work as well. They did a bit of repointing (mainly around the windows and front door) and other misc. brick work, as well as put new fascia across the entire front of the house, and it has really increased the curb appeal of my home.

This review is long overdue... On and off I had been having issues with my roof for the past year or so. I had called another company out and instead of fixing the problems, I just found myself with facing a larger headache and a huge dent in my pocket! A friend of mine recommended Manhattan Roofing so I gave them a call and couldn't be happier. George came out and did an entire evaluation and I can see why this company came highly recommended. I found them to be kind, knowledgable, honest, and the entire team really had strong work ethics. They re-roofed within a few days, and made me a very happy customer.

We've doing some renovations on our house and had considered redoing the roof. We knew it was a lot of work and we really wanted to find someone suitable for the job. I contacted a few places for some estimates. We had Manhattan Roofing come to inspect the roof to give us a detailed quote. The project manager was very professional and gave us the best options for our home. It helped that they are so experienced and really know the industry well. We hired them and they completely redid our roof. It took about a week. They were nice enough to clean up after themselves and make sure everything was in order before completing the job. The new roof looks great. The quality of their work was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I met with a few contractors to repair my natural slate roof. Manhattan Roofing was great. They were able to get the job done quickly and explained everything along the way. George was great and no leak so far!

George Stewart came right away when we called. He evaluated our roof and told us what he would do if hired. He knows his stuff. In fact, he’s is a 3rd-generation roofer, and his dad was in business with our original roofer. I like working with people who take pride in their work, and George does deeply. He’s a really good businessman. He wrote up a detailed contract but didn’t pressure us to sign. He listened to all our questions, and we had a lot. His team showed up the next morning and barely took breaks. They were efficient, polite, very strong and did a great job. They even came on Sunday to finish up. We then hired him to waterproof our back wall. He’s not the cheapest quote you'll find, but we got a lot for our money, and he guarantees his work for 10 years on the roof, 5 years on the back wall. He has six teams, and we had two of them. Our neighbor had another one of his teams on their roof at the same time. Our teams sanded and painted our front door and our stoop railings, something George threw in as a bonus. The back wall team painted the bars on the window and the hatch to the basement. So fast and yet so thorough! We feel spruced up and, what’s most important, we feel safer and as ready as we can be for storms.

They were great. Prompt and professional and did a beautiful job. It did take a little longer than originally estimated, but that was due to inclement weather. They were also fantastic in dealing with a very difficult neighbor. Highly recommended.

So, I had reached out to Manhattan Roofing not too long ago and must I say the professionalism was impeccable as well as the job that I had requested to get done. Very friendly, negotiable pricing everything was done just as I wanted. Manhattan roofers were able to come on the date specified and I would recommend this company to others definitely! They also were able to complete my services the same day which was awesome because it was a bit rainy. I needed Tile roofing as well as some roofing installation. Outstanding service. My new home needed a roof repair and cleaning. After doing my research I found Manhattan Roofing as it is near my location, I am so glad I chose them. George was great to work with from the very beginning. He kept in touch leading up to the day of our initial meeting and was always available via text/phone from that day forward. I was impressed that George identified some items that the other 2 roof quoters did not and was the only one to climb to the top of the utility roof surrounding mine to get a birds-eye view of the job. We chose George for these reasons and his price was fair. His team showed up early on the first day and was very professional. They were great about answering my questions as the work progressed and I felt confident that quality was superb. I was amazed and pleased when they were able to complete the job in 1.5-days and that included the removal of all the materials from the previous roof. I know they were thorough in their work, as I was up there several times with questions. They really try hard to make this process as painless as possible. They are prompt, neat, and FAST. I did not expect my roof to be done in one day! Start to finish, removal of all old shingles, new boards laid down, and all new shingles. I would highly recommend!
