Description of Work: Very well executed reconstruction of a stair - when it didn't look right, they started again to make sure it would fit in with the rest of the apartment properly.

Description of Work: Michael and his team just completed a few jobs in our apartment - sealing all base boards, installing a microwave, replacing a few cracked tiles and mounting a large mirror to a dresser. They were all flexible, courteous and quick while still providing high quality work.

Description of Work: Installation of window air conditioner with required support below and additional bar on top to facilitate opening of window. This involved selecting appropriate support, drilling and cutting bar to size. Excellent service. Answered original inquiry at 7pm on a Staurday evening when several others listed didn't even provide an answering machine to take messages. Informative, clear, polite, professional, straightforward, reasonable and consistent about pricing, prompt, pleasant, efficient, clean. I originally wanted to install two window air conditioners side by side in two windows for maximum cooling. Mr. Beltran suggested trying one first - the new one - assuming it would be more efficient and adequate. Of course this meant he would only make half as much money! He is more interested in providing excellent service and a fair deal - amazing! And he was right - so far the one air condtioner has been fine. I plan to call him for other jobs in the future and am recommending him to friends and neighbors.
