They were very sensitive and patience. My mother is legally blind and had just lost her twin sister and they worked with her very well. Pettrinas was excellent with my mother. The owner even checked on my mother after the service to make sure she was doing okay. She did much more than we expected with the deep cleaning. Everything was done very well and thoroughly she even covered areas that had been neglected for a long time.

After living for one day with the dust, having the apartment cleaned was urgent. I called Ideal at 9 AM, and got voice mail at first. Mary called back after an hour or so, and she was able to find someone to come to my apartment same-day. Aysha did a great job cleaning and the price was very reasonable considering it was through an agency and set up urgently. We have a nice apartment with hardwood floors, and Aysha cleaned up very well without damaging anything. Would definitely use Ideal again.

Apolonia was extremely helpful in getting my family a team of cleaners to deep clean my mother's home. We could only schedule them for a weekend and a team of 3 workers came for a full days work and they barely stopped till the job was done! Excellent service overall! Would definitely call them again.

Apolonia and Pettrina were both excellent to work with. I have a 3 bed 3 bath apt and needed a specifically qualified person to do a very thorough cleaning of every nook and cranny, as I have 2 toddlers running around. Pettrina did an excellent job, cleaned every speck of dust and didn't stop until it was finished. I am very impressed and will use her again, many times! Thank you!

This an ongoing work in progress. I have MS, and over the last year or so, I have been unable to do any cleaning. For many months I have been wanting to get someone in to clean, but I wanted to get the apartment "in order" first. Unfortunately, that never happened. Instead, I lived with the ever-increasing levels of dust and dirt and complained about it all the time. Then, a dear friend, who was in from Trinidad, came over. Years ago, she was my housekeeper/nanny; now, she is a dear friend--more like a sister. She took one look at the place and said, "I've never seen this place so bad! You need to take care of it--NOW! I don't care if you don't have money; you have to get it done!!" I knew she was right, so we immediately signed on to Angie's List. Ideal Cleaning was at the top of the list, and after reading some of the review, I decided not to look further. I spoke to Apolonia, the owner, and we made arrangements. And knowing the extent of the job--I call it a quest--and the fact that I really have no money, she was kind enough to give me a small break on the hourly price. I wish it could have been more, but I still greatly appreciate the fact that she did anything at all. Pettrina has been to my apartment four times so far. She is amazing. Once she gets started, she doesn't stop until she is finished. And I mean that literally--she does not stop!!! In addition, she does not look at the clock to see if time is up. In fact, she has been here for longer than our contracted time on every visit so far! And thorough? She doesn't just clean what she can easily reach; she gets up on the step ladder to reach high and gets down on her knees to reach low. She removes thing from shelves so that she can clean not only what is on the shelf, but also the shelf itself. She even cleans the walls! Am I getting my money's worth? Friends tell me that I'm paying a lot. However, we all know the saying: "You get what you pay for." Sometimes one has to pay a bit more for quality work, and I truly believe that that is what I am getting, so yes, I AM getting my money's worth. And as I said earlier, I am calling this a quest and a work in progress. I started the quest at L5--heavy duty--because the place was so dirty. But Phase 1 is now finished. The quest continues this Friday when I find out my new level. Thanks to Pettrina, I'm sure it will be MUCH lower. By the way, I've already recommended Ideal to a few people. They did great job for me. Apolonia was very responsive, accommodating, and the woman that did the work showed up early. The owner called prior, during and after the appointment to make sure everything was going well. She went above and beyond in my opinion.

This was a great experience. They could not have been better. She arrived on time. The service and responsiveness with the company was perfect. This was a perfect experience.

Absolutely blown away by the responsiveness and service. I first called on New Year's Day and was greeted by an answering service. Website, emails, phone system are all detailed and helpful. We described what was lacking in our previous provider and the owner agreed to send one of the top staff. We agreed to provide our own cleaning materials and were able to compare with a checklist to ensure we had everything. Was also very happy to see a clear description of specific tasks to perform each visit vs. items to do on rotation (e.g., inside of appliances). Most importantly, they apply common sense and look for what needs to get done.

This was our first experience with Ideal Cleaning service but not our first experience with other professional cleaning services. By far this was the best, most professional experience I have and after our first experience we will be using them on a regular basis. I thought the price was fair for the work and both Apolonia and our designated cleaner were extremely professional. I felt comfortable with the cleaner to explain everything we wanted and she didn't make me feel like it was a burden at all -- something other cleaners have made me feel in the past. She worked hard until the full job was complete and afterwords I asked her what type of products we are missing which would be helpful and she gave me her advice. I was VERY happy.

By far the easiest company to reach on the phone with details. Lots of other cleaners have non-responsive voice message systems or send vague emails.

They were promptly on time and assessed the work that needed to be done. We were thoroughly impressed by how detailed they were with communicating the work that was to be done and how long it would take to complete. We secured a set work time and they did an AMAZING job at getting as much done as possible in the designated hours. They even offered maintenance suggestions along the way! We could see the passion behind the work. They were able to reach areas we did not even think of! We are now signing on for a regular cleaning service. Highly recommended!

The cleaning took 5 hours. Jeiza was thorough and very professional. She started in the kitchen and worked her way through the rest of the apartment. She left no corner untouched. I'm very pleased and will be using Ideal monthly.

They are a bit more expensive than other services, but it was worth it to not have any headaches. I will recommend them in the future.

Apolonia (the owner?) was prompt and professional over the phone, and very nice as well. She tried hard to accommodate my schedule. The house-cleaner arrived on time (actually, 10 minutes early), listened attentively to what I had to say, then started right in. She was pleasant, thorough, and intelligent, and she went above and beyond what I expected. Even though we added another hour to my estimated time, I was happy to do it. I have used IDEAL cleaning twice. The first cleaner, one month ago, was good; the second was excellent. I've used other cleaning services in the past, but I have had really disappointing experiences, including paying what I thought was way over what the job should have cost. I have been hoping to find someone who would clean my apartment the way I do. I think I have found her and I will definitely request to have her again. I have learned you have to be really clear from the start about what you want. Most cleaners try, but IDEAL tries harder. I was glad I was able to be around all day because I could watch, and make suggestions, along the way. I will use IDEAL again.

I am amazed that now everything shines! Very professional, on time and very responsive. Worth every penny!!! I am now using them once a month for regular maintenance cleaning.

Probably one of the best experiences I've ever had with a cleaning company. Apolonia's estimate was accurate and fair; their price was actually better than most other companies I spoke with. The communication prior to the service date was fantastic, and the cleaner arrived right on time. She took the time to walk through the apartment with me to understand exactly what I wanted cleaned and if I had any preferences regarding specific cleaning products I wanted her to use. There was one small thing I did find a bit annoying in the process, and that was the amount of paperwork that was sent to me and required for me to read and sign- akin to buying a car. I understand they want to legally cover all the bases, but hiring a cleaning company should be about convenience, so I would urge the company to find a way to consolidate all the printed materials. In the end, everything was cleaned well, and ( a pet peeve of mine) things were put back where they were found. The cleaner, Jeiza, was friendly and professional; really a pleasure to have working in the apartment. Overall a really good experience and I will almost definitely use them again. Cleaning person arrived right on time and we had a consultation about what I wanted to have done. I basically wanted my apartment to be thoroughly clean and shining. Jeiza then went right to work and within 5 hours my two-bedroom three-bath apartment was cleaner than it has been in a very long time. I got exactly what I was hoping for and more! She clearly knew what she was doing and the company is a dream to work with - very responsive, professional and accommodating. I will definitely use Ideal Cleaning Services from now on!

Jeiza from Ideal Cleaning arrived punctually. She was very friendly (and very friendly towards our uber-energetic pups). After showing her where everything was, she estimated four hours of work time, and she got to work. Exactly four hours later, everything was gleaming. Oven, floors, sinks, bathtub, etc. Jeiza was incredibly thorough, which was difficult in light of the pervasive dog hair. She took out the garbage and the recycling, too. I also really appreciated the mid- and end-of-job check ins from the supervisor. I felt very taken care of! Our whole apartment looks - and smells - so much better. Many thanks! I originally signed up for the de-cluttering service. Never having used a cleaning service before, I was taken aback at the cost but I needed the service. I have since come to realize how competitive their prices are. I was so pleased with the service and the process I would absolutely recommend this company. The owner is extremely hands on and if you have any questions or complaints she calls quite frequently during the process so they can be addressed quickly. I continue to use them for regular cleaning

The service was excellent, she was very responsive through email and phone. She showed up early which is impressive and she was very thorough with the entire cleaning. They actually used tooth brushes in some areas to clean. I will definitely use her in the future and I highly recommend her to others.

The company is run by a highly competent person, Appolina, who listens to your needs and acts quickly and friendly. I called on a Monday or Tuesday, and by Friday I had a clean apartment. Special kudos to the woman who comes to clean my apartment once a month, Martha. Martha, in her quiet way, comes into my apartment, we review the areas I want her to pay special attention to, and she estimates how long it will take. Before the appointment, I found Apolonia professional and personable -- and I appreciated all of the information and paperwork she emailed to me right after we spoke on the phone. On the day of the appointment, Jeiza was actually a little early (a huge plus for me!) and also incredibly personable and professional. We went through the apartment and she surveyed every little thing that needed to be done. Then, she set about an incredibly thorough cleaning, as I left for a few hours. Apolonia quickly called my cell phone to confirm how long it should take and the price. And it took Jeiza pretty much the exact amount of time estimated. I guess I was just a bit surprised that it took 4 hours to clean an empty studio apartment, but I'd still enthusiastically recommend Ideal.
