She did good job in my aunt house. She cleaned the house as best as she could.

Cleaning was very thorough and expectations well set.

They were so professional and kind. It's not a cheap job deep cleaning after decades of neglect, but it was worth every penny. I can't recommend this service enough.

I used Ideal several months ago to do a final cleaning of a Manhattan apartment that was up for sale. The apartment was empty. The owner was very responsive when I called and we scheduled the work to be done the same week. ( I was in a time crunch situation). The girl who came had all her tools in a suitcase. She was professional, polite and did a good job. I would use Ideal again

I have been using Ideal for over a year now to clean my apartment. Apalonia is great. Very responsive and very professional when it come to running the office. Details don't slip by from week to week. She remembers your requests and stays on top of it. Any member of the small team she employs to come clean has been exceptional. I typically have the same provider every week and she is excellent. Great attention to detail and consistent quality. I could not recommend this company enough, finding a quality cleaning service can be a fickle matter. Ideal hits the mark on all aspects.

To start out let me say that I hate cleaning, so needless to say my apartment was looooong over due for an intense cleaning. Ideal Cleaning came to the rescue and did an excellent job. They knew exactly what to do. The service was professional and they accomplished a lot of work in the time allotted. I highly recommend Ideal Cleaning.

The cleaning assistant Jeiza is very nice, responsible, comes on time and is very trustworthy. She cleans everything very thoroughly.

Apolonia was very responsive and accommodating in setting up my cleaning. Jeiza and Robert arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Both apartments were spotless when they were done. They were also very nice and extremely professional. Apolonia runs a terrific company, and provides excellent housecleaning services. She is a total professional, and I recommend her without reservation. Jeiza and Robert cleaned the 2 apartments again today, and again they were spotless. This is an excellent company.

They were dedicated and did an excellent job getting out stains with their hands and equipment. Very efficient with no time wasted. They cleaned up old stains that had been there for years and made the apartment look great. The owner Appalonia was very hands on and professional.

***I have updated (raised) my grades because Apolonia from Ideal Cleaning read this review and did everything in her power to make things right. Based on her response, I feel Ideal Cleaning subsequently earned better marks for Responsiveness and Professionalism, which also raised the grade for Overall. I will leave the rest of this review because it does accurately reflect my experience. However, I assume by Apolonia's sincere response that my experience probably isn't the norm for Ideal Cleaning. Here is my original review I moved back into my apartment after having rented it out, so I wanted a "deep clean" First. I have to take some responsibility for the poor result. I did a walk-though with the cleaner before he left, but I didn't double-check a lot of the places he told me he had cleaned (under the bed, baseboards behind furniture, under and behind the books on the book shelves). Turns out, he skipped almost everything that wasn't in plain sight, and I didn't realize it until after he left. On the day of the appointment, a young guy (I'm sorry I forgot his name) showed up on-time and with supplies. We did a walk-through. This was supposed to be a "deep clean" so I told him I wanted all surfaces cleaned, including doors, blinds, the insides of cabinets and closets, and the bookshelves... I specifically mentioned that I wanted the books removed and put back for a full cleaning. He took notes and called his boss, who got back to me with a price. So, it all started well. When I returned to my apartment 4 hours later, he told me he was done. The books and other things I had out looked as if they hadn't been moved, but I thought maybe he was really meticulous about putting things back as they had been. When I asked, he told me he had cleaned all of those places that looked untouched to me and I took him at his word. The baseboards didn't look any cleaner than they had before he came, but he said he had cleaned those, too. When I noticed that there was still dust on one of lamps and picture frames, he said he must have missed those and then took care of it. He told me that he had cleaned inside the closets, but one of my closets still had lots plaster on the floor from a renovation. He said he must of missed that, too, and then took care of it. Basically, everything I pointed out, he immediately took care of. But after he left, I took a wet paper towel to a window sill and it was grimy. Also, I hadn't checked under the bed... it hadn't been touched. Same with baseboards, walls, doors, etc. Any place I ran a wet paper towel came up dark with dust or dirt. So that was that. I had already signed the paper that said I was satisfied (again... my responsibility), so I just let it go. Also, I really didn't know what I could reasonably expect. I had had a $200+ cleaning before. However, today I hired a different service (I won't name them because I'm not trying to drum up business for anyone else). Once I saw how well they cleaned, I felt I should write this review for other users of this site. Even though I signed the paper that said I was satisfied, I should have been able to trust that if the cleaner said he cleaned something, that he really did. In fairness.. he did do some things pretty well. He did a good job cleaning the kitchen cabinets inside and out, and he did a good job scraping soap scum off the shower sill (although he used steal wool on the marble.) Those were two big jobs, and he got them done. There are a lot of positive reviews for Ideal Cleaning on here. I'm not sure why my experience was so different, but for $225 I feel a bit taken advantage of.

Was very impressed with the job done. Jeiza (our cleaner) was very professional and did a walk through before starting in order to ensure that she knew everything we wanted cleaned and how we wanted it done. Provided a spot-on estimate, and did a final checklist with me after finishing to make sure that she had gotten everything we wanted. Also made notes on areas that could not be fully cleaned (i.e. stained carpet that could not be fully cleaned, cracked caulking that would need to be replaced, etc.) so that we were kept fully informed. Would definitely use again for a future cleaning job.

Everything was perfect, from the prompt response to the email communication with Apolonia, it was a breeze to make an appointment. The cleaning itself was great! Jeiza our cleaner, was extremely professional and provided amazing service. Thanks again Ideal Cleaning Services for your great job!

They were clear about how much it would cost. They were the greatest.

We spoke with Apolonia as potential new customers. We ended up not using the service because we lived too far and had too small a job to make it worth the trip. However, I wanted to give her a shout out for being so very responsive and helpful to our inquiry. After my initial call was dropped, she followed up by phone, text, and email with the information we needed. Even when it became clear that we would unable to choose this company for our needs, Apolonia was happy to help us with a referral - all this during the holiday season. It went beautifully. My apartment is clean and looks twice as big as it did before.

It was an awful experience. It was an empty apartment that they cleaned and they stayed for six hours and they only cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom. They did not clean every kitchen cabinet. When we moved in, we saw that the cabinets were not cleaned. It was really bad and we will not use that service again. They had good reviews online that is why my wife opted to use them. They looked professional that is why I trusted them.

This was for a basic cleaning. The first time I used them (two months ago) it was a very thorough cleaning. They spent four hours on 600 square feet of living space. They were prompt and very efficient.

Very professional, they accommodated my last-minute scheduling needs. The team were all very friendly, but professional and got right to work. It had been a while since the house got a good scrubbing, and there was a lot to do, but they made sure to complete all the jobs to my satisfaction. The bathroom, especially, gleamed!

Apollonia is extremely professional. She is compassionate and non judgmental, wonderful to work with. I don't care what state your place is in, she will come in and IMMEDIATELY begin organizing. Don't do what I did--be so humiliated that you've let the space get so bad that you don't call. In the meantime, it's just getting worse. She and the other cleaner were respectful and friendly. She is pet-friendly. I have 2 cats and the cat hair that had accumulated was awful. Do you have lots of stuff to get rid of? Don't worry, IDS works with a rubbish removal service. If Apollonia thinks that you need it, follow her lead. Trust me, you will ALWAYS underestimate the stuff that you end up throwing away. There is no way that I would have anticipated the 25 construction size bags that got carted out of my place and we haven't gotten to the second bedroom--my office--yet. The feeling of being less burdened is wonderful. They will be coming to my place for the third time in June! Use them, you won't regret it. I am so grateful that I found them.
