She came early. I left right when she came. I came back only to discover that she had done a very good job.

They came for four hours. They did a brief application of our needs prior to the work. They were very thorough and explained what they could offer. The owner was very cordial and knowledgeable. So far, it has been a great experience. As a result of the cleaning and their attitude, we are going to continue using them on a weekly basis.

Cleaner arrived promptly, worked independently, did a great job.

Cleaning professional was on time and did a great job in the bathroom. She did great in the home office too, except for leaving a small water stain on a poster. but she was very apologetic and the company offered to replace it.

This company was literally a Godsend. My sisters and I didn't know where to start to de-clutter and clean our elderly mother's apartment. I contacted Ms. Edwards and she sent us detailed, practical instructions on how to get the process started. Then she helped us determine the level of cleaning that we would require. The final step was having the cleaning people show up and complete the job. This company transformed what seemed initially to be a daunting task -- into a manageable task. Can't thank them enough.

They were great and I have recommended them to other people. She was here for about nine hours. It’s a big apartment and I thought it had been clean but apparently not! I plan on using them on a regular basis. They were very accommodating, they came when they said they would, they were prompt, and the girl was excellent. She was very patient, she did her work, she was patient, and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. I haven’t really used a cleaning service before but she worked with me on the price; she didn’t expect to be here for nine hours but she stayed.

. They are excellent. They are good and they do a variety of work. I have already recommended them to several people. They pay a lot of attention to details. They clean the two flushes and the draining. It was pretty impressive. They do cleanse and cleanup. They clean the house in the same level of detail. They do hoarding situation. They come with their own stuff if you want to. I did a lot of research on the price and this was the best pricing I can definitely get. As for the quality of her work she is very good. She climbs on to a ladder she is only 5ft. 2 in, and cleaned all my tiles from the ceiling down to the floor, the whole bathroom. As for responsiveness she was actually early. The owner handles the payment directly. She recommends secure ID, the credit card protection policy even before you pay via credit card. She has certain procedures whereby the insurance find the credit card information that it is pretty private. She uses excellent technology. She has a web site where you fill the information and then click on send and that would send the e-mail for you. As for punctuality she had to show up at 9 o?clock and she was there at quarter to nine. This was for somebody who worked for her. I think she has that kind of policy in her group. Everybody who works for her has to turn up on time. I would use this company in the future.
