It went very well. He did everything I asked and was very quick and personable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable solution to a computer problem.

They were horrible. They came out here to fix it. I had the fan and they put it in and left. Within half an hour it went down again. When I called them, they wanted more money for a house visit plus the time. I called my friend and he told me what to do. It took about 10 seconds and it was fixed. They were here for 3 hours and did not do anything. They charged me the $75 for the big deal and then I had to pay extra for the 3 hours that they were here. When I called the first time, they were nice. When I called the second time all upset, they were very rude. I would not use them again.

The first tech arrived 1 hour earlier than the appointment, then without touching the computer he said he needed to bill us for 3 hours of labor before he could start. I sent him away, called the company to complain and they asked for a second chance. The next day the tech was a half hour late, said he couldn't help me and left. 2 techs in 2 days and nothing done, refund please.

It was explained from the outset that I knew little about computers. I wasn't 't that concerned about computer viruses but when asked if I wanted a malware check- I thought why not since what I had originally secured them for would probably only take part of the hour/$90. And that could be run while he's working on hooking up the computer, etc. apparently nothing else could be done while it was being run and halfway into the second hour I told him that I wasn't paying for a 3 rd hour and I wasn't happy that my priorities had not been taken care of. Into the 3rd hour while he started working on the printer, I assumed wrongly that I wouldn't be charged for the extra time but once he got on the phone with his office-they made it clear they'd be charging me for 3 hours. As it turned out, what I needed taken care of the most during that visit still remains unresolved. After, protest on my part I only paid for half of the last hour.

he was prompt and very respectful. He cleaned up my lap top which was running vey slow. Then he set up my ipad & iphone so that they were connected to each other. It took an hour & 15 minutes. My lap top is running much better!!

Not well! Teck was not familiar with the Airport/Apple hardware. So I asked to have him install a new HP 7520 printer. While trying to get this done I asked if the old HP Drivers should"t be removed. The answer was no " I've done this many times". Well after 1/2 hour he had to call HP. The HP tech was on the phone for two hours. Seems as though the tech bypassed steps one -three on the install and we had to have HP remotely clean up and install. Painfull!!!

It's difficult to service a computer in the amount of time we had paid for, but we feel that Anthony did a yeoman's job of trying to clear up the problems we were experiencing. Time will tell how effective the service was, but so far, it has been working much better.

Everything went smoothly. Technician was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix my computer issue. No complaints. Would definitely used them again.

Purchased services through a Big Deal to go over some items on my computers/devices that were evading me (syncing pictures between desktop/Mac laptop/iPad, etc.). The actual service provided was fine, getting to that point was a challenge. I had set up an appt. for a specific day/time, and arranged for time off from work to accomplish this. 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time I had no service person and no phone call, so I contacted the company. I did get hold of a live person easily, and after a brief hold was informed that the person who was scheduled to come to my house had called in sick, but left the "I'm sick" message on someone's voicemail who had not picked it up. I did reschedule the visit some months later, but received a call about 1/2 hour prior to our scheduled time to inform me that the person who was to come to my house (different person than the first time) could not make it, but they could send someone who was further away who would take an additional 1-2 hours to arrive. I had them come anyway, but it did throw my day off. The individual who came was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, and the folks at the corporate office were courteous and apologetic, but it was so problematic actually getting the appointment to take place that I don't think I would try again.

Although the tech was unable to fix my problem, it wasn't through a lack of trying. Spent more than an hour working on my laptop. He suggested the best (and cheapest) way for me to go was to call Dell, get the start-up discs (I couldnt find the originals) and re-install everything myself.

I bought 2 coupons at $75 each. I used the one over the summer. The technician was super nice. However, he wasn't able to fix the computer. I'm not hopeful that with the second coupon, they will be able to help me. After much thought, I've decided not to try to use the second coupon and to return it instead for a refund since I would rather be out $75 than $150.

A few days after, my computer crashed. I called them back - had to pay extra, but my computer completely failed. |Though I don't know if it was something they did - or my computer was on the way out anyway - I'd be afraid to use them again.

Set up computer so I could use Powerpoint for presentations. Showed me how to switch back and forth between Powerpoint and internet videos. Young man was very professional, unrushed, easy to understand. | |I did respond to a call from the provider for an evaluation - also an A.

No curiosity. I felt that I needed more help in diagnosing my problems with the computer. |

They came in listened to what I said the problem was, he assessed the problem and provided me with solutions. He was unable to fix my current problem.

Old computer and programs corrupted and mini-crashing. Cleaned up the corruptions and reduced operating systems burdens so the unit is running much more smoothly and vastly faster. This was on-time in home service -- the provider narrated all the procedures he effected and explained and cleared with me the options he suggested.

Nothing. They sent someone to work on my computer who didn't understand the mac. She spent one and a half hours on the phone for guidance.

It went worse than I could ever have expected. The task ("refreshing" my computer) was far beyond the abilities of the man who showed up. He was totally inept and ended up doing nothing. | |I found out afterward from some tech savvy people that "Geek Choice" is terrible and incompetent. My experience certainly confirmed this.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. It turns out that I had not plugged in my computer so that I was not really having a problem that I needed help with. There wasn't anything the technician could do to update the Windows XP that I was asking about. But he was nice, came promptly and did not overcharge. He came out the same week I purchased the Big Deal. I thought the technician was pleasant and did not try to sell me something that I did not need. He was patient and did not make fun of the fact that I had not plugged in my own computer. He was a very good person.

It went very well. Edward is quite competent in helping people who need help. He was very patient, answered all questions.
