The representative never showed up, and I never received a phone call to let me know if the representative was running later or stuck in traffic.

It was great and wonderful experience. It was good service and they were prompt. He is very competent and the price was great.

I knew more than the service provider, I just asked him to leave and he was late.

It was acceptable! He knew what he was doing.

It took quite awhile for the process to go through. All my documents and pictures are now in a file somewhere in the computer. He left the instructions of how to retrieve. As of this day, I still cannot retrieve any of my documents or pictures. I called the company 2 times. First time left a message, second time spoke to a woman who promised the technician would call me back to walk me through the process. As of today, I still have not received a return call, so I still cannot find any of my documents or pictures. My computre keeps locking up and losing connection to internet, so I have to keep resetting. Overall, I am not happy with whatever they did and I am disappointed that I still have not gotten a return call to help me as promised. Lack of knowkledge and caused mor problems after he left

Tech left and computer was still running slow. I called up support and they said they would issue a refund, several months later I still hadn't received a refund and no one would talk to me.

The end result is terrible. I have been sending spam emails - several hundred at a time for the past two weeks. Very disappointing

Positive! It was a good experience. It was quiet a while back, so I don't remember but we were made aware of what additional fees we would incur, beforehand. I can't remember what it was, we had a budget and we managed to stay within it. I would recommend them.

Definitely a job I will call on the Geek Squad to perform on an annual basis since I am technologically challenged.

Took a long time finally went ok. Person lacked expertise. Though they knew the problem before they sent someone, they did not send an appropriate technician.

The price they gave me was really fair. I had to send it in but I have not received it back yet. I really appreciated how this company works with me and really tries to find the best deal.

The service was excellent. They are a great company to work with. Matt is wonderful. He was extremely helpful and professional. They really worked with my scheduled and accommodated me. The young man who was there crawled around the floor to fix the problem. I liked them so much that I hired them for another problem.

Never received a confirmation of dates chosen for service, then had a no show, and then advised there weren't enough technicians available within reasonable times...left the decision up to me what to do. Frustrating!!

First appointment scheduled for March 14th. Got call in morning that technician was ill and needed to reschedule. Rescheduled to Monday, March 17th, between 10:00 and 12:00. By 12:30, called Geek Choice and they were unable to reach technician. I called them again and left a message and got no call in return. I called them a third time, they were still unable to reach the technician, so I requested a cancellation and refund. Was told to contact Angie's list for refund.

It was excellent. They did everything we asked them.

The motherboard on my computer was fried,and I required immediate assistance. Geek Choice did not respond in a timely manner, so I had to go to Best Buy and visit the Geek Squad desk.

.Very pleased with the service. However he could not finsh everything in a hour. The service took an extra half hour at $90.00 per hour, but that's fine. All in all I'm pleased with the service.

Very professional, punctual, did a great job. Absolutely worth the Angie's List price.

He seemed like a nice person but he just fooled around the computer and didn't do anything productive. Once I got on my computer the next day I realized that nothing had been done to fix my issue. He didn't seem very confident in what he was doing. I then called a member of the Geek Squad from Best Buy and when they came out, they told me that nothing had been done to fix my problems.

IT technican arrived in my complex at 2:00pm - scheduled time, but entered my home at 2:20pm. I kept checking to see if he had problems finding my apartment. The Security Guard called me when he entered the complex. I have absolutely been over charged for the Geek Choice services.

They did what they could do. I was satisfied. They were timely and professional.

Computer issues not resolved. In fact issues were worse.

He came to us and spent about an hour and a half on the work. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. The guy arrived when was supposed to be and was professional. He didn’t try to sell anything additional. The work was very good! We were very pleased with the service.
