I hired Erwin after my previous Service Company resulted in less than satisfactory service and communication. Erwin was not only prompt, but he successfully rebuilt one of my pumps that couldn't be replaced due to my Vita spa not being in business anymore. In addition, he made other repairs to the guts of the spa that saved me from future expenses and headaches that would have resulted in my family being unable to use our spa. I was very satisfied.

Came immediately when I had a time constraint.

They took pump from hot tub to repair...They showed up week and a half later without notice to re install repaired pump...luckly my grandson was home.....They never gave up a price to repair pump but showed up repaired....The hot tub is now working purfectly...

We hired EC Pool & Spa to fix a leak in our pool after a bad experience with a different company. Erwin is very responsive, returns phone calls promptly, and shows up when he says he will. He is very knowledgeable and detected numerous things causing our leak which the other company did not. We ended up having them install a brand new liner and we are very happy with the end result. They did a great job, and we would highly recommend them!

Erwin was a pleasure to hire....he explained his fees and services on the phone and made an appointment to come to my apartment the next day...arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and HONEST. He repaired my hot tub with labor only when he could have told me I needed expensive unneeded parts which he didn't. Definitely recommend him if you need an HONEST person to do any pool or spa work for you.
