Erwin was a true gentleman, he called me back immediately. He knew what had to be done with my pool and installed a pool filter in a timelly matter. His worker was knowledable and knew exactly what had to be done to get the job done. I would definitely recommend EC Pools.

We needed our pool heater serviced asap. Erwin responded almost immediately and heater is working ! He is very knowledgeable and a lovely man. Would recommend him highly !

I got my liner replace by this company at the beginning of summer. It took over two months to actually get them to install which I thought was too long. After I got the new liner installed, I was able to determine that the liner had a hole in it. The owner Erwin came to my house and patched it up. He promised me he was going to make it right and install another liner at the end of the session. When I tried calling him, he never answered my call. I wish I looked at the other reviews before I hired him. Do not use this company. Very unprofessional.

He came for pool heater repair. He said he was familiar with the system. It clearly says sensor failure. He tested it to see there is electricity. Said it?s either a sensor or motherboard and will go get the part. He collected the service fee of $89 and never came back nor responded to messages. The worst service I?ve ever experienced. Not professional at all!

Terrible service, charged a lot of money, we waited the entire summer before there was even water in the spa, he almost never responded to our inquiries as to why the delays for months while he left the spa growing black mold and our roof deck unusable. When he finally came, after threatening to keep our $500 deposit though doing no repairs , we had to beg him to return, clean the spa ourselves and fill it. After he spent several hours doing his repairs, he left a mess, a filthy spa, pipe leaking and said he would return to fix it. He did not even notice that the spa does not heat nor register temperature, left the filters filthy, charged over $2000 cash before leaving for what he did on top of the deposit and never returned. Promised to bring the additional parts to make it functional but will not even return our calls and if we do not fill it weekly with water, the pumps will break again. Its cold and Totally unusable so we need to start over and and find someone else! We Bought our own cover and other parts while waiting so this was a costly mistake. Find someone else!!! Clearly, he does not like what he does.

Erwin and his crew are professional and respectful. They know their stuff and always go the extra mile to make sure my pool and equipment is clean and working well.

Both gentlemen were very nice, and they were very detailed in their work. They took time to make sure everything was in place. I will be using them in the future for pool maintenance. Very happy with service! C.V.

Was happy wit there service

Regret is always in the end. If you don't want to experience what my sad experience was, DO not use this company! We agreed for an 8 am appointment and at 9 am I called Erwin for follow up, he said his crew should be there already. I waited again for 4 hrs and called him back since I didn't received any update from him, and I found out that they put me at 8 pm schedule instead of 8 am. If I didn't call again to follow up, I would have been waiting till night for this unprofessional guy! My time, appointments, meetings were all wasted for this day because of this! He also told me that If I like, he will call me an hour before his crew will come. Never try this company or else your day will be ruined!

I gave him a $250 deposit for him to buy the part almost three weeks and nothing.. .. I will go after him I am not going to be nice.., if this is Elwin company... I should have went with the service ,from where I bought the hot tub from.. I don't care for your site...I didn't even know if be receiving a call from this third rate repair so called company

Convinced me to replace a part for $1,250, and within 60 days I was having the same problem. I was told it was under warranty. I left three messages before getting a call back. He set two appointments that he did not show up for. And he is no longer returning calls, even after I sent a text saying that I was going to dispute the charges.

Project turned out great! Installation was challenging since the area beneath the pool required extensive grading and the pool itself had to be installed within the confines of an existing deck. Workmanship was very professional and I would highly recommend E C Pool Service to anyone interested in having an above ground pool installed.

Avoid! We hired EC pools to close our pool and from the start there were nothing but issues. Erland showed up on the wrong date which I was told I had the wrong date. He covered my pool and took too much water out of the pool which made my cover fall into the pool. when contacting him he said it that he would come and fix and I am still sitting 2 days later with my cover in my in ground pool.

Service was exceptional. Very professional and curtious. Simply great job!
