All service timely and efficient

Our whole inground pool had to be replaced as our property was sinking. The men will be starting on the pavers for around the pool. They are doing a great job and are very helpful and hard workers.

Still shaking my head at the lack of business sense. Upside: called right away and was at my house in 24 hours. Downside: Advised pump would be available in 2 days but took 7 to get back to house. No big deal but why tell people I can have it in 2 days? Next time I heard from him was 7 days later and he was 10 minutes from my house wondering when I will be home. Upon completion I commented that I felt he was expensive considering a new pump was $185 online with free shipping. He was offended and down hill from there. He said he can't get it for that amount which is understood but he charged me $375. Really. I had to beg him to re-send his email invoice which had not been received. Instead he said it was my fault it wasn't received. It wasn't and not good business. Receipt finally received with no model, brand...just spa pump $375. Total cost $675. I am accustomed to paying extra for Home Advisor but this experience was not a good one. I will take it on the chin if I have trouble with this work as I won't be calling him back. The hot tub works fine, he did what I paid him for but I prefer a business man who calls and tells you when he is coming, returns when he says he will, is good on price cost, itemizes a receipt and doesn't blame the customer when an emailed receipt is not received. You decide for yourself and hopefully instead of continuing to be offended Erwin practices his business more professionally.
