If you need efficient, quality, and flexible HVAC service are perfect for the job. Our furnace had new parts install but would not function no matter what was tried, so I called Cooper Cooling and Heating, who was very accommodating and worked around our schedule to do an amazing job at rewiring the furnace, installing a new harness, and getting the furnace functioning again. He is both affordable and skilled at his craft, and we truly appreciate his excellent service and professional plumbing!

On his first visit, Steve opened up the boiler, spent about 20 minutes checking some wiring and flipping a switch a couple of times and came to the conclusion (incorrectly, it seems) that the problem was with the relay. He did not have the part on him so we scheduled for him to come back a few days later. Up to this point our communication had been good, friendly and responsive. Upon returning as scheduled, he installed the replacement part, turned the unit back on and it fired up. Seeming satisfied the problem had been solved he left without confirming that the boiler was actually circulating heat to the apartment. I called him later to tell him that the issue had not been resolved. He returned my call and we arranged for him to come out the following day. 3 hours after he said he would be around he called to inform me that his previous call had taken longer than expected and that we would need to reschedule. I told him my availability and we again agreed upon a day for him to return. That was the last I heard from him. No call to reschedule. No text. He just did not show. He may be great when dealing with thru-wall and window A/C units and thermostat installations, but it seems boilers and heating issues are out of his realm of expertise. I just had another company in to make the repair. Within minutes they diagnosed the problem correctly as a faulty circulator pump. 45 minutes later I have working heat again. I am not sure whos at fault here for false advertising of services able to be provided. Mr. Cooper or HomeAdvisor?

Mr Cooper was timely in informing me that traffic delayed him. When he arrived, he quickly got down to business, installed the thermostat and guided me on how to use it. His prices were very fair and he provided info on benefits from the utility company. I demanded that he give me business cards to share with my nearby family members; he is a keeper!

Could have been a bit more efficient and clear about the problem, but the problem looks like it is solved for now.

Extremely professional Solved problem immediately

Very professional, courteous, and sensitive to these times of living with a pandemic.

My AC was making splashing noises, the pro said he would do maintenance work on it and the noise would be part of that, quoting me $85. He came 40 minutes after his 2-hour time slot (though he was polite and pleasant). Was very professional upon arrival, but only tipped the window AC unit to empty out some rainwater and put it back. The whole thing took 10 minutes - he didnâ t take apart my AC or do any other **maintenance** work so I was really disappointed when he charged $85 still just for a bit of muscle.
