Installer arrived as promised and appeared to be knowledgeable in what he was doing.

Professional from the first text! He contacted me immediately, provided me all credentials required, had extensive experience with the Midea AC installation. He was on time, fully prepared, clean and efficient. He explained everything about the new AC & took his time to make sure that it was safely installed. He removed and took away old AC. He explained cleaning & service care needed to keep it working. Also, he was masked & fully vaccinated which was important. On top of all that, he was really nice. When I thought our cat got out of our apartment, he helped me look for her—until I found her hiding. I highly recommend Cooper Cooling And Heating!!!

When Steve arrived at my home, I told him the problem I was having with the air conditioner blowing hot air out of unit. He immediately diagnosed what the problem was and went right to work to repair my air conditioner.. Steven is a credit to your company. He is hard working and very knowledgeable in his trade and it shows . Steve was great! He maintained contact with me notifying me of his arrival time, including on the day of service. His installation was quick, thorough and looks great. What I liked most was his professional and courteous demeanor. He took the time to show me the details of his work, how the outside bracing was secured and how to operate the unit. Very professional. we have a really old boiler. He didn't try to upsell us on anything. Told us the boiler is working fine. Told us exactly which parts might need to be changed if there are future problems. Even came back in 2 days when our pilot was giving trouble again, fixed it up at no charge. We are about to call them back to fix our relay. Very reasonably priced and really good service.
