They were perfect.

They came, they took and they returned in 1 1/2 hours.

They showed up and the price was much more than what I had expected and led to believe when I spoke to them on the phone. The duets and silhouettes were cleaned but it was not as clean as I had expected. They were all done in 2 hours.

I sent an e-mail via Angie's list on a Wed. night, asking if it was possible to get an appointment on Friday, since I discovered I'd be off from work. The very next morning, Sharon called to discuss. She was friendly (ribbed me a little about asking on such short notice), told me she thought maybe they could fit me in, but she wasn't sure, she'd have to check, and asked for dimensions so she could give me a bid. I called her back w/ the dimensions, and she took them down; then called me later w/ the bid. She said she would try for Friday, but couldn't be sure; she said they'd call in the morning on Friday to let me know. At 10:45 am, The tech called to say he'd be there sometimes after 11:30. He came at 12:15 (fine by me--when you're on the road, you don't always control things--plus, parking isn't so easy in my neighborhood always). And that's when he said he thought it would be a waste of my money to try to clean the blinds. So, I'm off to investigate replacement mini blinds. I was very happy with their responsiveness and professionalism. And if I needed blinds cleaned in the future, I would absolutely call them.

We received an phone stimate and when they arrived they charged 30% extra because they were"wood blinds" They owner was somewhat abrupt and rude.The job was performed well

I called, they came, and they cleaned. I had heard that having this done was a life-changing event. It was, really! My blinds were disgusting and these guys saved me about $800 because I was on the verge of just throwing them out and replacing them.

I needed to locate, if possible, a Manhattan, NY firm that would do Venetian blind repair. An entry to that effect in the Angie's List search box produced the one result: Blindwash.com. One comment by a very satisfied customer indicated that not only were her blinds cleaned in record time but a necessary repair had also been made. But when I called the firm to inquire about blind repair, I was dismissed by a curt "No". I mentioned the entry on Angie's List and was told that any repair was incidental to blind cleaning. The person with whom I was speaking was only too anxious to terminate the call. Had he shown any interest in my problem, I would have said that I would certainly like to have the blind cleaned if the tilt wand could be replaced as part of the job. But I knew I was being dismissed.

Showed up on time at 10:00. Removed the three blinds, took to his mobile truck, cleaned and rehung by 10:25! The last time I had this done by another company it took days and cost about $300.

He was prompt, came and did the job well and left. I do think it was a little expensive, but other than that I have no complaints whatsoever.

Company responded within a few hours to an email inquiry for an estimate. Appointment was scheduled for the following week to do the work. Company representative arrived at the beginning of the scheduled two-hour window. He checked the blinds and pointed out that spots left by earlier attempt to clean one window would likely not be removed. He removed the blinds and said they would be returned within four hours. Representative returned within three hours with spotless blinds. They were re-hung as promised. He pointed out the need to keep them open and extended until fully dry. In addition to spotless blinds, the cords are also white again. Wonderful!

Astonishing MOBILE service! These people came to our apartment building with their blind washing van. Around 10:30 AM they took down our blinds, then took them outside and cleaned them (well) in their truck in an ultrasonic trough. By 1 PM, they had them rehung. (The two other companies I called would have kept our blinds for 5-7 days and would have charged at least $70 more.) We had a very small mechanism problem that night with the living room blind. We called Blind wash the next morning, and since we live on the ground floor where one needs to be able to close the blinds completely at night, the owner showed up quickly to repair the problem. Highly recommended.
