Everything went well. Although, a little pricey for the overtime that I needed. But, again, they were great and very happy. I already have my next date scheduled. I was originally quoted 213.00 but with one extra hour came out to 274.00 (which what got me a little upset) I gave them both tips (gratuity) when they were done and ready to leave, although if the overtime wasn't so high, I would of gave them more. They deserved that and more. Wonderful women and great to work with. We all worked together. They made me feel very comfortable. And very trustworthy. I would like to add Kim, who works for the company is wonderful friendly and very courteous on the phone. A wonderful personality and totally understands your needs. I have only spoken to Mary the owner through e-mail. Kim will talk you through, help you get the right girls, understands what you want and what you need. I hope Mary is very happy with Kim and very grateful for Peggy and Shelly. They are wonderful people and so comforting and wonderful to have in my home. Next time, only thing negotiable should be pricing. Overall very happy and satisfied!!!! You won't be disappointed! I promise!!!!

Not only did they clean my apartment to a point where I could eat off of any surface, but the office was very attentive to my needs and concerns. For example, I am not a fan of the use of a feather duster as it seems to just move dust around rather than remove it. After the first visit, my cleaner Peggy (who I believe is THE best) made sure to not use a feather duster on any reachable surface. Peggy was in my shower, barefoot, with scrubs under her feet! My shower never looked so clean! I purposely waited until after the 3rd visit to review so as to make sure it wasn't a first/second visit fluke. This company is the real deal. They take pride in their work, and it shows.

She’s very efficient and sends good cleaners. I really like them because I know I can depend on her to work around my schedule. They’re punctual and are very accommodating and have reasonable prices. You get what you pay for. They will be resuming services for me at the end of September.

It was a fairly easy job as the unit was already painted and there wasn’t any furniture in it. They dusted, vacuumed and one cleaner cleaned a bookshelf and they also cleaned the three bathrooms, doors and vestibules. The one thing that was just a little inconvenient is that they only accepted cash. It was however easy to set up the appointment and I would use their services again.

They did an excellent job and were on-time. I would recommend their to others.

The quality of the work is very good. They are very thorough. There have been a few scheduling mishaps but overall it’s been OK.. They are very responsive and communication via email with them is very good. We would recommend their services to others.

Perfectly done, kitchen cleaned top to bottom, stove looked brand new, bathroom was shiny. Great job.

They do a spotless job. We've used their services for about a year and we heard about that on Angie’s List. They take care of everything. It’s the same gal every week. Their prices are a little higher than others but we trust her in our home and the cost difference is made by the quality of the work. We also like the responsiveness of the management of the compay. We have also recommended her services to a neighbor and they are also happy with her.

Maid was very kind, diligent, thorough. She arrived on time, and paid high attention to detail.

Best Home Services is very professional and Valerie was on time and focused while cleaning. She did a great job. Please note I did take the time to purchase all the items that Best Homes recommended and that does make a difference. I would use Best Homes and Valerie again for sure.

They are very expensive. However, I have not had any problems with them. They always make sure to arrive on time or send someone else out if the first person did not show up.

The quality of the cleaning is very good, but there were initially several scheduling snafus. I think the scheduling problems have been resolved and I will definitely continue to use them because the cleaning services provided were very good and the staff is very nice.

Outstanding in every way. The staff arrived right on time and worked straight through. They were very nice people and a pleasure to interact with. They sought advice on what to keep and what to discard. Again, truly exceeded my expectation in every way. I would certainly use this service again.

I CALLED THEM FOR A FOUR HOUR DEEP CLEANING. THEY ARE HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, AND I WILL SURELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

Everything went well. He showed up and immediately began cleaning the bathroom. I was a little bit skeptical as to how skilled he was since I don't know many men who are great at cleaning. : ) Malik did an EXCELLENT job and my classmates and I were thoroughly impressed by his work.

Ladies arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. Service provided a list of supplies to have on hand and ladies went right to work. will definitely use them again!

Both cleaners were very nice. One was experienced, and worked extremely hard. She got down on the floor, and cleaned the bathroom tiles one at a time. The other worked hard, but was less experienced, and didn't get as far as I'd hoped. The agency followed up, and I told them the problem. They offered to send the fellow around to complete the job. Unfortunately, I didn't see that email until a few days later. What I appreciate about this agency is that they follow up, and were VERY concerned about the problem, and wanted to do what they could to rectify it. I would trust them on future jobs.

It went extremely well. Valerie and Malik came to clean and did an exceptional job. They were both very professional and friendly. They got right to work and did everything I asked without question. Valerie was very organized and took charge of making sure that she and Malik coordinated their efforts. They cleaned for 3 hours and were able to get almost everything done and done very well. I highly reccomend both Valerie and Malik and Best Home Services. Kudos to Mary Cavanaugh. She runs a great company and she is service oriented. I will be using them again!!!

4 hours of home cleaning service which was arranged by Mary, the owner, a very pleasant and hands on person. We had to adjust the schedule once based on the avail of the cleaners but it was no problem and handled effectively. Chantal, the woman who cleaned, was super polite and went straight to work proactively.

The cleaning lady was nice and polite. Bummed out by the attitude from the owner as the owner emailed to my feedback in capital letters and lots of talking back. quite shocking.. Then i found other service whose feedback was much more polite over the phone.

Everything was move-in ready when they finished. Two very personable and efficient women showed up and got right to work. They were conscientious that we did not want dust left on anything. They cleaned with gusto and it was perfect 4 hours later! Thank you so much.

In January 2013, my cleaning lady moved away, after working with me for nearly 6 years. (I know this isn't a textbook tragedy, but it felt like one to me.) I turned to Angie's List and found Best Home Services, desperately in need of a cleaning service, and if you are in such a position, stop now and book them. They are the absolute best. When you enlist this amazing service, your conversations begin with Mary Cavanaugh, who is the utmost professional. Not only does she manage the service beautifully, but she pays special attention to the needs of your particular apartment / house and has great insight into which of her employees would be the best match for you. If you're as lucky as I am, you'll be matched with a certain employee of hers. I don't want to give her name because I don't want her to become too popular and become unavailable. Let me just say - she has been a dream. From day 1, I trusted her with keys to my apartment. She cleans beautifully and thoroughly. My apartment is simply a greater place because of her. This service is efficient, sensitive, professional, and endlessly reliable. Again, stop searching now. They are the best money you will spend today.

I am still using the service as I am pleased with the quality of the house cleaner who was sent to do the work in my apartment.

I poked around for a good six months for even a tip on a good housekeeper or cleaning service and I always came up empty. I was either out of the service area or the service was so busy they weren't taking new clients. I even put a call out to the folks in my building. Nothing. As a last ditch effort I subscribed to Angie's List to see if I could find someone. I read the reviews on Best Home Services and thought I would try one more time. I am VERY satisfied with The Best.. There were a couple of miscommunications at first, but that was okay. Not a big deal and part of the process of getting to know one another, I would say; and once I was out of cell phone and internet range. Sueann is a whirlwind of competence and efficiency. I am grateful for her hard work and energy, and how she works around my basket of laundry, the piles of paper on my desk, and the two times I didn't have the energy to do laundry so the mop head went untouched. She is very professional and I am truly and sincerely grateful. Within the scope of my experience and the individuals with whom I have dealt, I would recommend Best Home Services to anyone.
