It went extremely well; I had two cleaners for four hours. They were prompt, polite and worked extremely hard. I would certainly have them come again!

I booked this service and initially had a good interaction with the business owner in order to schedule a time (that was admittedly last minute). However, I ended up paying a substantially higher price for a service that was subpar. I live in a modest-sized one bedroom apartment that was not, by any means, dirty to begin with and yet the stove was not cleaned, the floors were cleaned haphazardly and the price certainly didn't reflect the work performed. I reached out to the business owner to alert her to the fact that the service was substandard (especially after paying substantially more than I should have) and I received an initial response defending the cleaner, and no attempt to make the issue right with me. Overall I found them to be disappointing, expensive and lacking in customer service. I would not hire again.

Cleaner did a really good job. She worked solidly with no break and really put effort into the cleaning. She left my shower doors sparkling clean and the same with the bath tub. It saved me a lot of time.

The woman was great. She came in and got working. She knew exactly what she was doing. She kept asking me if I wanted other things done. I'm going to request her if that is allowed.

They did apartment cleaning and laundry. They were very professional and did everything I asked them to do. There was one person and it took 3-6 hours depending on the day.

?They do electrical, plumbing and air conditioning.?They come out and they diagnosis their service and it?s like a $19 charge. If you decide not to use them, you just pay them the $19.

Cleaner was 45 min late and no one contacted me to let me know when she was getting there. I had to call the cleaner myself. No complaints about the cleaning performed.

i purchased a deal 3 hrs housekeeping $88. not heavy duty cleaning. the housekeeper scheduled to come had an emergency and within 3 hrs angie had a replacement at my home , i thought this was very good because i could have had an event at my home and really needed timely help. the housekeeper caroline who came was nice, and quick and did the cleaning job quite well. i will use angies.again. having this service available provides the security to know i can get help when i need it.
