I had a great meeting with the clients. We discussed estimated time, cleaning details, payment and gave them our Angie's List coupon (1st cleaning 10% / 3rd 15% off) and they were happy with it. Due to our availability, the condition of the apartment, and sensitivity of this job, I felt it best if I was part of the team. On 3/30/15 We spent over 4 hours each the first day (8.5 total) They paid $200 (which is the cost for 6 hours) How would I not charge for the time I spent cleaning? 4/1/15 We returned for another 10 hours that they specifically asked for. Is the client surprised that we would charge the next cleaning which was 10 hours? That doesn't sound right. The clients asked us to dispose of so much. There was one small vase that was chipped (I think I chipped it) and I showed the client right away She told me it was garbage. The comments in her review are completely not true and a terrible accusation. At the end of the cleaning the broom was missing. How do you lose a broom in a one bedroom apartment?? We all laughed together and the client said not to worry they would find it. I have no idea about the sound bar. Why did the client wait a year to reach out to tell us? If you are using a coupon that is 10% off first cleaning 15% off third cleaning.... then you have to expect there will be 3 cleanings. 4/27/16 Returned for a 4.5 hour cleaning. This review is such a shame. We worked so hard, and got along so well while we were there. She gave me coffee! Just a shame.
