Excellent; on time and thorough.

Noreen was fantastic, she was bang on time and friendly and didn't seem to mind my scattered mindedness or the fact that my slug-a-bed roommates (and their friends) were slowly trickling out of bed while she was in the apartment. This was an introductory cleaning and I discovered that I really don't know how to clean effieciently. Or thoroughly. Noreen cleaned the shower caddies... I never would have thought to do that. Ever. She gave me tips, told me what cleaning tools I was lacking that would make life easier -- brillo pads! Overall, she was a gem and I just hope I can talk the roommates into the monthly splurge...

Great. My apt is very clean now and it was very dirty before. Person was on time, company told me how to prepare. Will use them again, and again, and again after that.

I needed help cleaning my apartment on very short notice- we had some unexpected construction and there was dust everywhere. And we had a guest coming in a few days. Mary, who runs the company picked up the phone, and though she was busy called me right back. And she was able to find a suitable person to clean on short notice, and on a Sunday morning. She was also flexible to help me get exactly the amount of cleaning I needed for the price for my place- it wasn't "one size fits all". I appreciate that. My apartment is tiny, and I didn't need a total deep cleaning, just some help fast!

The women that run it are really spectacular and just professional. I want to be able to support a woman run business that is that capable. I'll continue to use them and would refer them to others!

I walked in while she was still here--the place was cleaner than it's been since...ever. She didn't just dust the easy spots, she got into the nooks and crannies of the furniture. She didn't just sweep up the dust, she wiped the baseboards. The window sills. she even dusted every aspect of my alarm clock. The stovetop. The microwave--the place smells like it's clean, and everywhere I look, it is clean. I did the old white glove test and everything. Mary answered the phone the first time I called, got me scheduled right away, and made the process simple.

Poorly. Pledge was not used in dusting as instructed. Mirrors were not cleaned vacume work left a lot to be desired

Although the woman who came to clean was right on time and extremely nice, I was not thrilled with the clean and wasn't thrilled with the setting up process. There was WAY too much back and forth between me and the owner; changing of times because cleaner couldn't make it, etc. I was also taken aback when I told the owner that I was neat, but that the place needed a clean. She inferred that I was probably much dirtier than that. Even if that had been true, not really the best customer service tactic. The house didn't smell "clean" when I came home (I'm not actually sure that my floors were cleaned and when I asked about this, I didn't get an answer) and I just felt underwhelmed by the service provided. The Maids were a much better service for this sort of thing. Best Home was just fine. Not great, not terrible.

Very well. Mary was very pleasant to talk to. Lots of communication. The cleaning person was also very polite and showed up right on time. When I came home, I was very pleased with the job that was done. Mary also followed up to make sure everything had gone well.

Good. Very responsive. Super attentive.

The housekeeper arrived perfectly on time, and obviously had experience cleaning. I felt very comfortable with her. She did an excellent job.

The services performed were done over the course of 3 separate visits, each lasting 4 hours. The price was $109 per visit (plus tip)-- which is a bit high, but the company is licensed and bonded, and I certainly felt I could trust whoever Mary (the owner) sent to help me. I had been ill for over a year and could not keep up with cleaning, so my apt. really needed work. Also I have 5 cats, but I made it clear that whoever came wouldn't have to do anything regarding litter boxes. Luckily for me, Patsy was flexible with her schedule in order to accommodate me, and I think she is wonderful. She actually LIKES to clean, does a great job, and is a lovely person. I have a fourth visit with her scheduled and plan for her to come once a month on a regular basis. She has brought my apt. to a point where I think I can maintain it myself in between her visits.

I was happy with the overall service. One of the women ran 10 minutes late (due to transportation issues) and Mary was good enough to bring that to my attention. The women were very friendly and quiet, barely heard them. I plan to use their service again.

My father is disabled and we have had to postpone the job a few times because of my father's condition. They have been more than understanding. They understand that it's not intentional.

I have used them a number of times and on a regular basis. Mary is great and is very accommodating. I have had mixed experiences with her staff, ranging from a woman who cleaned impeccably and efficiently (but who left the company) to someone who always did a good job but not completely thorough job, to someone who did a less than satisfactory job (left dust balls visible on stairways and in corners). I think it just depends on the quality of the staff-person, the luck of the draw.

I am very happy with them. I have been with them for awhile. I like them so much that I refer people to them. They are professional and on time when they come. I like the way that they show you the products they use. They are very flexible. I would highly recommend.

Mary Cavanaugh was very pleasant and helpful on the phone, and has been extremely responsive when we've communicated. We're very happy with Wilma, who comes every two weeks - although we have a relatively small apartment, we have four cats, who shed in every conceivable place, so it's quite a job keeping it under control! Mary and Wilma have relieved a lot of our cleaning stress.

Bernadette was very pleasant and showed up on time, however, the cleaning was just satisfactory. There were a few (very few) bits of dirt left behind on the floors and the bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Other parts sparkled, like the kitchen counters, which were impeccable. I appreciated her work but would want a more thorough job in the future.

The contractor arrived a half hour early, and since she was scheduled for 8am, this meant that we weren't really ready for her. I showed her all of the supplies we had. She went out to buy her a few more items that she thought would help. I left to go to work and returned four hours later to pay (they require cash from first time customers). I pointed out a few other spots that needed attention, but she had done a fabulous job. The oven and shower were like new again.

Denise was on time, friendly, and very thorough. When I pointed out one small area she missed, she promptly cleaned that area. I also called at the last minute and they were able to accomodate my difficult schedule.

Marvia was on time, very proffesional, did a fantastic job. My bathroom never looked so good. She also cleaned a very tough oven and it looks great. Great price for a great job.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT BEST HOME SERVICE PROVIDES. THEY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND THEY ARE GREAT CLEANERS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
