Description of Work: B & H has great customer service on the phone. They easily answered my questions on the external flash for my camera. They also found the Sony battery recharger that I wanted but couldn't find on their website. The shipping was perfect. They shipped the items Thursday and I had them by Friday morning in time for an event the following day.

Description of Work: I have been using B&H as a provider of professional video, audio, and photo equipment for over 15 years. Their pricing is rarely beaten. They have the most useful shopping website I have ever experienced. If they say they have something in stock, they do. I am in Connecticut and their cheapest delivery is almost always next day. Description of Work: I bought a video camera from them. The only negative was that I was told that the camera would work with my Macintosh computer and my Final Cut Express editing software. It did to a certain degree....I had to convert everything I shot with the camera to the AVCHD format before I could capture it in FCP.

Description of Work: We used H & M plumbing for years, since the former owner of our house did. |We have an unusual seated boiler, and H & M has serviced it for over 20 years. Even though they are easy to get a hold of and schedule, I have noticed a lot of apprentices working for them that don't have much experience. They missed several problems we had lately that could have turned out MUCH worse if gone much longer. We have changed to another plumbing and heating company that are have more experienced people.
