Shipped promptly and worked as advertised. Satisfied with this item. However, they also charged for and shipped an item that I did not order. EVGA PowerLink Cable Management Adapter. Item cost $10.99, and the RMA would cost $10.55 to return. Customer service not available (live chat and emails) on a Saturday. Not worth my time to pursue further, so they basically stole $10.99 from me.

They did not have what I was asking for but they went through the extra time and gave me the names and numbers to other places that could help me. They even took the time to show me how to do searches online for the things that I needed. They were very patient.

I have been there before to make a purchase. Th person who helped me the first time, in 2012 was very knowledgeable , nice, and was able to inform and instruct me as to how to use the product I was purchasing. He made sure I understood. When we finished, he offered that if I had any difficulty using my product, I could return during the week and ask for him. He would provide additional help if I needed it. In December 2013 when I went to make another purchase I had a very different experience. The person who helped me was not very friendly and didn't care whether or not I understood how the product worked. He was abrupt and in a rush to finish working with me. He was distracted by talking with another worker who was sitting next to him. This experience was very disappointing.

They are the greatest. I have been doing business with them for several years. They are very professional, they shipped well over $3000 worth of equipment, while I still had the old stuff, and I was able to ship back that, and it was the next day. I called, and told them that one of the umbrella for photography had a problem, and they shipped the other umbrella. They are not necessarily the least expensive, but they are the ones that seem to take care of me, and for a few Dollars more, I'd rather stay with them, because I can count on them. They are phenomenal.

Yesterday I went back to my old friend (B&H) to buy a HDMI connection cord for a new TV I was having delivered. I needed two of them, and B&H were the least expensive by FAR from retails stores around me. What stunned me was that when I went to pay for shipping and handling, the fee was $3.85 no matter which type of delivery service I wanted! So I picked UPS Next-Day Air and I'll be darned if my package wasn't on my doorstep less than 24 hours after I ordered it. They're in New York, I'm in Ohio. How the heck? But I've always been stunned by their low prices, usually free shipping, and SPEED of delivery.

Went fine. They shied quick. I had mo problems with camera, so cant speak to service.

I traded in a Pentax 35mm film camera body and three lenses. I had the original boxes and that seemed to be a factor in their offering me a good trade-in price. I used the money to buy a 15x Canon image-stbilized binocular. The sales person was very helpful and showed me alternatives to the one I chose. There was no pressure to make the sale. The sales person just seemed like a friendly person. Other than the distance to travel there from my home in Nassau County, I will probably go out of my way to shop there again.

They are BY FAR the MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE and HONEST company I have ever dealt with. There's too much too write about & I'm very slow at typing or I'd tell you about my great experiences with them. The only negative thing I can say about them is their return policy on certain items. Also it is difficult to find parking.I'd love to tell you about my experiences with them.

They don't do repairs but did have a list of repair people that they recommended. I used one of these recommendations to get an old lens repaired and was very satisfied with that result, too

The television was purchased on November 28 and it still has not arrived as of December 8. When I checked the "delivery status" on my confirmation e-mail I kept getting the message that it was "on order with UPS".I finally called the "online chat" and a curt representative said that the television was "out of stock" and "a shipment is expected next week". I do not understand how a "megastore" could be "out of stock" for that long on a television that was found on a national website (yahoo). I asked if there might be a coupon or expedited delivery that they could offer to keep a customer, and the representative stiffly said that "your order will shipped with the selected shipping method once it arrives in stock." While the representative was correct in saying that the confirmation e-mail says that it ships in 3-5 weeks (which is ridiculous in itself), it also says in a blue shaded box that "estimated delivery is up to six days." This kind of thing is why I have NEVER before made a major purchase online. If I misunderstood then I own that, but the information on the confirmation slip should not have conflicting information and the "online chat person" needs to be someone with people skills. Bottom line: Great price but poor customer service.

Purchased 32" LED TV & blue ray player - most recent of several purchases over 20 years or more. Easily the best source for any photo, audio and/or video purchase. Helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable. I do extensive research prior to any purchase, and these guys are consistently the best. Also offer used gear in some categories.

I bought a pro level camera and lens bundle at the lowest price available and got a super printer at no extra charge (until I need ink). Delivered as promised (on time and free). No surprise since their reputation is great.
