Contacted Carpet Guys USA, LLC on a Friday to provide carpet repair at business office. Received call back almost immediately, and work was scheduled to be performed the next day. Lee arrived at the site early and proceeded to do excellent job repairing problem area. In addition cut & pieced doorway carpet with remnant, and proceeded to inspect entire office carpeting to ensure no further problem areas, and guaranteeing carpet to last several more years. All personnel I encountered were a pleasure to work with, and I wholeheartedly thank Carpet Guys USA for a job well done!

These guys were great! Lee showed up exactly on time. He thoroughly explained the process of stretching the carpet to me. He took his time and made sure everything was exactly the way it should be before he finished the job. My overall satisfaction is very high and I am very pleased with how the work turned out.

To keep it short and sweet - I am very OCD for my home- I come from a family of handy men of all trades- needless to say I like my work grade A! Lee installed carpet in my whole downstairs , hallway and stairway. Lee is beyond professional , genuine and by far the hardest working man in Orange County ! I have been so dissatisfied with OC workers compared to nyc and Lee has proven me there is hope!!!! His work is impeccable!!!! Quality amazing!!!! And I plan to rehire him for my whole house!

Great service, great quality carpeting, Lee even moved my installation up a day earlier which worked out really well for me. Will recommend to friends.

They did promise to get the job done but ordered the wrong amount of carpet and we had to wait another week to get the job fully completed. But the carpet is nice and soft and installation was good. Customer service was impeccable and pricing was wayyy cheaper than Empire.

Our first project was a carpet replacement. Next project was to install a laminate floor that was purchased at Lumber Liquidators. They failed miserably. Floor buckled!! Owner said, "put something heavy on it". Did not work. Then said "Use a dehumidifier". Did not work. Then his "floor guy" had to LEAVE THE COUNTRY! He then sent a tile installer over. After getting other professional opinions, it was determined the floor was down to tight which caused the buckling. No room was left for expansion. We had to pay someone else to fix it.

I had a condo with leak and rug got wet, my renter is VERY anxious and the guy was very calming and realistic. Gave us an appt and then the renter never called because the carpet dried ok. Ended up not doing the job and let the carpet dry out. He was knowledgeable and reassuring he would deal with my crazy renter. will call him back if needed in the future!
