Lee of Carpet guys USA was on point came in assesd the issue then fixed it He had the knowledge and know how he did an excellent job and cleaned up after I would highly recommend carpet guys USA for all or any carpet project.

Excellent!! Mr. Lee was professional and courteous and provided exceptional service in the time frame he promised. He rescued us from a mistake we made by first using Empire Carpets. Empire gave us excuse after excuse of cancellations and were unable to deliver carpet prior to furniture delivery. Mr. Lee made sure carpet was installed prior to our furniture delivery with only a short period of time to work with saving us a lot of aggravation. We were so pleased we recently used him again to install carpet in our living room and were extremely happy yet again especially with his recommendation to roll the edges for our unique hardwood floor transition, we are so glad we went with his suggestion. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Mr. Lee and carpet Guys USA we will definitely use his services again and will gladly recommend his business to family and friends.

Excellent! My daughter and I met with Mr. Lee who patiently worked with us throughout the process. Mr. Leeâ  s employees were professional and courteous. We were very satisfied with the finished job. I discussed carpet care with Mr. Lee and plan to call them for annual maintenance and jobs. Definitely a reliable contractor. Work consisted of carpet install, vinyl install, and carpet repair and stretching.

He was professional, courteous, explained the process to me and gave me tips on how to make some of the repairs on my own in the future.

Too expensive and had a few delays with installation. Took too long to complete 3 days just to install carpet.

Had bedroom carpet replaced, did researched on several local floor places around the local area and when I saw the great reviews that Carpet Guys USA had I went with them. Lee came to my condo to measure and his measurements matched the ones I did. Everything went flawlessly and the work was fantastic. I definitely recommend them for those who need carpet work.

I was quoted a price and then was surprised to learn at the end he added 'supplies' charges. Suggest ensuring you have been quoted the entire price up front

Great and professional service start to finish! The guys were flexible with 0 fuss when we needed to change the installation day on short notice. The install is clean and neat. I couldn’t be happier.

John came though for me after a terrible experience with another carpet company.. He promised the carpet would be in on a specific date and he delivered on that promise!! John & his son did a fantastic job!! They ripped out the old carpet and did a beautiful job installing the new carpet. I will definitely using them again in the future!

Great company to work with - came out to remove our MBR carpet from the previous owners of our home and we ended up hiring them to put in a new one after we discovered the padding was dry rotted and the hardwood was unfinished. They provided samples on site and had the carpet in the warehouse within days and came to install promptly. Courteous, fast, and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Great company! Super professional and provided a great service. I would definitely recommend and use again. I was concerned that the damage my dog did to the carpet could not be repaired and I thought I was going to need a new carpet. I was so happy to find this company! They were able to repair the carpet and clean it making it look brand new.

Lee took his time to clean up the mistakes made by my previous rug installation company. He was very meticulous and explained many of his procedures to me. Although I thought the price was a little high I appreciate the job that he did and I guess you get what you pay for.

I hired this company to stretch the carpet for my elderly mom who had begun to trip over some rolls in the carpet. They came when they said they would and were very thorough in checking the entire carpet for adequate initial installation, found some problems which they repaired, and removed the rolls in the carpet. My mom was very happy with the results!

He told me he would only be satisfied with the job if I was satisfied. Not too many businesses understand customer service but this company and these people really get it.
