Description of Work: The Grout Medics did a very professional job repairing and recounting tiles in a bathroom shower. They also polished the tiles. The shower looks brand new and they took care to cause as little clean-up as possible. I highly recommend this company and would schedule work again in the future.

Description of Work: The owner was very prompt with his call back. He also tried to get to us for an estimate, but encountered bridge traffic. I commend him for trying to get to us. Even if he had, would not have been able to do the job for another 2 weeks. Just didn't fit with our plans. Was willing to travel quite a distance to come to us.

Description of Work: My entire stall shower required re-grouting, and caulking. In addition, some grout on the bathroom floor was cracked and unsightly. This was true of the bathroom floor on a lower level. The men did a fantastic job, and left the entire work area spotless.

Description of Work: After an initial disappointment in discovering that the coupon we received in the mail promising a grout cleaning for $89 would not be useful because the grout in our kitchen was "too old," we were told that repairing, staining and sealing the kitchen grout would cost $350. We considered the information on the coupon to be misleading, but decided to go ahead with the kitchen and powder room tile. Freddy did outstanding work. He explained what he was doing, and worked very hard. We were very pleased with him, his expertise, and his work.
