The grout Medic was very professional and did an excellent job. The team was punctual, took care of my floors and left the premises in a very clean and tidy manner, informing me of the necessary drying time. I am overall very satisfied with their service.

The Grout Medic did a fantastic job re-grouting and sealing my bathroom's tile and re-caulking my tub and sink. I highly recommend them. They were professional and courteous.

Andy met with me to assess what work needed to get done. I received a very reasonable quote the very next day. The work was then scheduled for 2 weeks thereafter. The technician that arrived was very professional, but more importantly very detailed orientated. He spent the entire day in my master bathroom until everything was perfect! 5 Stars all the way. I'm surprised there are no other Fs listed for this provider. I had reached out months back for a quote and kept needing to follow up with Andy for the quote, finally was able to reach him and he stated "I"m almost at the office, let me call you right back" and never did. Then just recently my wife called unbeknownst to me and again, Andy failed to follow up with a quote. If you are too busy to take on new clients, tell them that when they contact you for your service.

It didn't go any where. Andy was to email me the estimate that evening. Two days later I emailed him in case he had my name misspelled. Six days have come and gone. I would say not very professional.

After some back and forth, we worked out the job. It was a lot for a small space, but it was well worth it. The bathroom looks dynamite.

After I posted my review, the company owner called and apologized for the service that was provided and offered to redo the work for free. I have already changed the floors that they had done work on so they did not need to redo the work, but the fact that he called and apologized at least says something about their customer service. I guess I was not lucky and the person who performed the work and was sent back after I complained (same person) is apparently not part of the company anymore. I have changed my review from an F to a C not to cost them customers as I guess they seem to be liked by a lot of people

Went very well. very professional and efficient. Very happy with the work that was done.

While the owner was sure the job would restore the grout to almost perfect, he did say the tiles were a problem. Freddy, the technician, tried about four or five different cleaners - he even left to go to the local hardware store to get another product - but the tiles themselves did not respond perfectly. The grout, with the final glaze, evened everything out and I am pleased it all looks so much cleaner now. Freddy was hard at work from about 8:30 am to about 3:30 or 4 PM, with time out for a trip to the store and a quick lunch. Very professional.

Service was excellent. Arrived on time and cost was reasonable. Bathroom looked brand new afterwards and they fit us in at short notice given we had a water leak.

I decided to hold the review a little later, so I can see the performance of the work first just to be fair to Grout Medic. All the guys I met were professional. Andy's team did the work around June to regrout my bathroom and replace broken tiles. My initial opinion after I saw the work is that it was much higher than an experience amateur, but not professional level in terms of the result of the work. When I met Andy, I was very specific that I wanted the bathroom restored to the way it originally look except for the color of the tiles if I can't find an exact match. I found the tiles and I was fine if they didn't exactly match. He showed me pictures of bathrooms his company restored to their original look including those old pink tiles. In my bathroom, there were a few broken tiles and the grout was horrible looking already, so Grout Medic was supposed to replace the broken tiles and regrout. Andy assured me that he will send his best guys. Like a lot of the review, they were prompt, professional and courteous. They started from 9am and were done by 3 PM. However, it was not restored the way I wanted. The tiles they replaced did not line up to the tiles that were not to be replaced. In order to make the new tiles line up, they had to cut a small tile first and put it in the corner (the row of tiles that were not replaced had this small tile by the corner), which they didn't do. They just started spacing the replacement tiles at a much wider width, probably a width that is too wide for 4 1/4 tiles. It certainly look that way, but time will only tell. The guy that did it made a comment that the tiles I bought were bigger. They were not. 4 1/4 is 4 1/4. In fairness, this is a pre-war building, so behind the tiles are concrete and not the new boards now a days. They had to chisel out the concrete. As a result of this, the bathroom wall was not completely vertical, but had curves in multiple places. I mentioned this and they said they did their best. In terms of the grouting itself, it was a little messy. The grouts were spilling over many tiles. Some of them look huge and this is a bathroom with 4 1/4 tiles. The spacing should be small and clean I think. In the end, they cleaned up very nicely. The bathroom is functioning; but it's a work I would accept if I am renting an apartment, not when I own the property. I didn't bother to complain to Andy about it. I might hire them again, but maybe not on very high profile section of any of my properties. If I do hire them again, I would watch them like a hawk. I left them alone for this work.

They did a really good job, it's just that we have a crack in the window and we want to settle it a little bit. We are trying to set up an appointment to fix it up. We have been going back and forth on e-mails and texting and stuff. We just don't have a good time for both of us. I actually recommended them to my sister.
