I am very satisfied.

I left a detailed message explaining my needs and the appliance brands. By the end of the day, Nick had returned my call explaining that my appliances were one of the few he does not service. Nick then gave me the name and phone number for someone who could service my appliances. Instead of ignoring my voicemail because I wouldn't be a customer, Nick showed me what type of businessman his is by taking the time to refer me to someone that could help. If another appliance breaks down, Nick Williams Appliance Service is the first I'd call.

Our dishes weren't coming out clean. We called Nick on Monday and he came Tuesday. He ended up coming twice because the first time he didn't quite fix the problem, but he didn't charge us for the second visit. The diagnosis was trash stuck in the hoses, and a sponge down our disposal!

Based on the glowing list evaluations I called this service 5 times over the course of 2 weeks. I left phone numbers on each occasion, outlined the work to be done, and never heard from him. The message on his answering machine changed so I assume he was not away. A waste of my time.

They came the next day they were very prompt and they were quit good they were punctual and I thought the price fair. I would use them again in the future. They weren't here that long.

Said it was not worth repairing, but in the end saved me money by not charging to fix it. Very honest, and friendly and just happy he saved me money. He came 15 min. early and even recommended a brand of Dishwashers to use in the future.I really appreciated his honesty.

Nick Williams Appliance Service has been the place I go to for appliance repairs for many years. I think he's probably worked on every appliance I own. I trust them and they always have been able to repair my appliances. He's on time and very neat and friendly.

Nick Williams Appliance Service is a very reliable and honest business. They come very quickly and get the job done with efficiency. I think his prices are very good. He always can figure out what's wrong. We've used him for several of our other appliances and had good results as well.

This guy is really good; he is very knowledgeable and has very fair prices. He is a cool guy and I enjoyed doing business with him. He was very professional and very responsible. He came out within a day from when I called him and fixed my washer quickly. I had another problem after that with the cold water intake of the same washer and he came back and fixed it free of charge. He is independent but always does an excellent job.

THE COMPANY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PART SO IT DID TAKE ANOTHER DAY, BUT THEY CAME RIGHT BACK AND INSTALLED IT THE NEXT DAY AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS.
