They are the best tree and service company I have ever dealt with.
Description of Work: They performed various expert pruning throughout the property (my trees have never looked better.) They diagnosed and treated various trees which other arborists had no explanation for. Service and response time was excellent!

THEY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB CUTTING DOWN AND REMOVING A TREE FROM MY YARD. THEY WERE NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE NOT PROMPT OR RESPONSIVE. THEY DID A POOR JOB. I WOULD NOT REHIRE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

YOU CALL THEM, AND THEY CALL YOU RIGHT BACK. THEY SCHEDULE THE WORK PRETTY QUICKLY. IT'S NOT LIKE YOU'RE WAITING THREE WEEKS. THEY'RE VERY RESPONSIVE.

I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY. THEY SEEM TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING AT. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND DON'T SAY THAT ALL THE TREES NEED THIS IF ONLY TWO OF THE TREES NEED IT. IF THEY COME WHEN YOU ARE NOT HERE THEY LEAVE A LITTLE SUMMARY OF WHAT THEY FOUND AND THEN WAIT TO HEAR FROM YOU.

THEY ARE QUALIFIED. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THEY HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE, AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT. THE PRICE IS WHERE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE. WE HAD OTHER BIDS FROM OTHER COMPANIES, AND THEY WERE RIGHT IN LINE WITH EVERYONE ELSE.
Description of Work: THEY DID THE PRUNING OF A VERY LARGE TREE. THEY JUST CLIMBED IN THE TREE. THERE WERE MULTIPLE MEN, AND THEY USED HAND SAWS AND ELECTRIC SAWS TO DO A DRASTIC PRUNING OF A VERY LARGE TREE. IT TOOK PROBABLY FOUR HOURS.
