Shore Electric canceled the first time they were supposed to come out which was pretty inconvenient. I appreciated that they were up front about the work needing to be done. He did write up an estimate for me and emailed to me, but I am not interested in using them because I thought the estimate was high. The only negative I can say is that they canceled the appointment the day of. He told me he had guys call out and so he couldn't come out and do it. It was annoying, because I had arranged to be there. He was accommodating in the rescheduling, but I wish he hadn't canceled in the first place. My project was not a simple one, two, three. It is tied to a bathroom remodel. They were accommodating that they would take a weekend appointment and they called me the day I purchased the coupon. They were punctual when they came.

Overall the work went well. Shore's team- Jimmy, Lucas and Rich were professional and thorough from beginning to end. The estimate was given promptly and was reasonable. We decided to go with Shore and they did extensive work on our older electrical wiring which included some unexpected twists and turns. It would be great to clarify with them exactly who in the team is doing your work before confirming your job. I would definitely use and recommend them again. They also honored the Angie's list discount.

The men arrived promptly and I explained what I wanted done. They checked out everything and one of the men went to get the proper outlets. The other man moved my furniture to allow him better access to the outlets. They were able to update my outlets quickly and very efficently. They cleaned up after the work and moved my furniture back. I am extremely pleased with the work and would recommend them to friends and family.

After waiting for 4 different contractors to even return calls or show up, I was thrilled to have Jimmy and Rich show up on time even with an advanced call that they'll be over in 10 minutes. Mine, wasn't a big jot but I need someone to fix a couple of things in our new home. Both were patient, reviewed what needed to be done and told me what it would cost. Even though I purchased an AL coupon, I didn't feel that they were either pushy or trying to upsell their visit to take advantage of the competitive rate. The work was done within the alloted time and everything was put back in a clean condition. I highly recommend this group.

They are very nice guys. I will definitely use them again. They are very friendly and very professional. They do show up when they say they are going to be there like at seven o'clock in the morning. The only issue that I have is that the work is taking a little longer than anticipated. I have not expressed it to them because I am actually not home right now so I am going to wait until I get back to Long Island and I will probably be there tomorrow to take a look at the house and I will tell them my thoughts. They are working on it while I am gone. They said that the rough in is going to be done but there are still a few more items that they need to take care of like the length of time. Their price came way under than everybody else.

Lucas arrived at my house to go over the project right on time and promptly emailed me a detailed estimate approximately a day later. I ultimately decided to go with another electrical company but would certainly recommend Shore electric for their professionalism.

This is a fantastic company. I called, and my call was returned within a half an hour as stated on the phone. Lucas of Shore Electric made an appointment with me, and came as promised. He explained everything . We agreed upon his price, and the work was completed on schedule.I had reason to call him a few weeks later, for a different situation and he promptly came. This company is in a class by itself.Professional, knowledgeable,caring just an absolute pleasure to deal with.

He was punctual and courteous. He explained to me what he was doing and what was going on. He was very pleasant. He was very accommodating.

That was who Home Depot had to install my air conditioner. I just called them back to do services. They're great. Whenever they come, they've been very good. I think they're a good find.

My husband was able to run errands while Eddie worked on the projects. Everything went smoothly and drama free.

Work was completed promptly and professionally. The cost of the work was accurately estimated with no surprise costs along the way. The guys doing the work were very friendly and courteous... much friendlier than other companies we called.
