Richard Reno was punctual & very respectful, He observed the law of my house which is very important to me by removing his shoes unlike a lot of people who refuse. He was very knowledgeable & efficient in what had to be done. I would definitely use this company again. The price was what I had expected.

They were very good. It went very well. I actually didn't tell them the full extent of the job and I have an overload on one circuit and I forgot that the other one was also there so they didn't wire it up and when I called them about it, they came out the next day for no charge and they finished the job even though I forgot to point that out to them. They were very good. They're professional. They got there early.

Electricians quickly identified issue causing problem with light flickering (caused during central A/C installation), pointed out rusty circuit breakers from water damage caused at another time and replaced. They also helped me out by checking out my attic fan. Overall, very satisfied. Lucas was responsive, good communication and easy to deal with. Workers (Rich and Lucas' father) were on time, helpful, esperienced and thorough. I think the price was fair given the amount of time they spent and Lucas readily accepted Angie's list discount. One minor issue. all the back and forth between yard and basement left a bit of dirt in work area. Would have liked a better cleanup. But 5 minutes the the vacuum resolved that.

I was in need of a rush job because of some kitchen remodeling that we had going on. Lucas was easy to communicate with, and followed the preferences I had with my contact of reaching me by email (you would be surprised how many people instead call). They arrived early to accommodate my work schedule, took a look at everything, and did a good job on everything that needed to be done. It took about an hour and a half longer than originally projected, but they ran into a few issues with our system that they were able to work around. I would use them again.

I felt he was conscientious about trying to make good when we got off to a rough start, which I appreciated. I asked in advance if I needed to let them know what I needed done so they could be prepared, but I was told that they could just check it out when they came. Overall, I was glad he came and I will use them again, but there is room for improvement.

Lucas provided a thorough and thoughtful estimate for the work that was needed, along with helpful suggestions. He had good availability and scheduled at our convenience. He and Rich arrived on time for all work days and were very kind and courteous. They worked diligently and took care to clean after each visit. We are very happy with the results.

Two men showed up on time and when they looked at what I had in mind (an outside outlet that wasn't working) they told me that the necessary work would take hours so we agreed on the minor projects. They finished the work, charged me 17.00 extra for misc hardware, and left.

Shore gave me a call to confirm his arrival and indeed arrived in a timely manner. He was very helpful in testing the inoperable outlet and labeling the electrical panel.

the representative from Shore Electric was knowledgable on what was legally required and installed a light in our garage. He also installed two safety lights on our home and one on our shed in the yard. He was pleasant and his work was neat. I would highly recommend this company for reliable electric woe.

i called and left a message about the job. He called back within a half hour. i was very pleased eith his resposinevness. unfortunatly he was not liscenced in my town.

I needed 2 light fixtures changed. The 2 men that came were on time and very nice. They completed the work and cleaned up after them selves.

The job was done quickly and efficiently. All work required was completed perfectly.

Overall i was totally satisfied with the electrician, his professional manner and his giving prompt service to remedy my problem and concern.I would recommend him without any reservations.

He( Lucas) arrived at 8:30 am ,he sat in his truck a few minutes but I went out my door to retrieve my newspaper and to let him know I was up . Then he came in and asked what work I needed done. He went out to his truck and got his tools and a ladder. Then he started the outlets..He needed to go downstairs to turn off the power to that outlet, he proceeded to do the second outlet and than went to work in the bedroom. When he finished he had some time left so he invited my son down to the basement to show him the .electric panel, how the breakers are listed and then they worked on figuring out what breakers controlled what in our house. He left at 10:30

I called them and set up an appointment for the job. All I needed was my light fixed in my dining room. They were late getting here to the appointment, and they then told me that since my wiring was so old they would have to give me an estimate. Then they called and left me a message which I had to call them back. The estimate they gave me was based on 6 hours of work and around $650. I felt that was a bit high, but I took off a piece of the work for them which they said they could drop it down $100. They kept saying it was for 6 hours of work. When I brought up that my coupon covered 2 hours of work they told me to just call Angie's List and get my money back.

I called Shore in to replace a faulty GFI outlet in an upstairs bathroom. It was a low priority job, so we moved the appointment forward to a mutually acceptable date. We decided on 8 AM Monday morning, and they arrived 8:20 AM, a reasonable arrival time for the treacherous post-blizzard roads They did due diligence at the circuit breaker box, making sure it wasn't a tripped breaker, then we headed upstairs to the bathroom with the GFI outlet. I demonstrated the faulty GFI, gave them my hand-picked replacement unit, and they replaced it with no damage to my home wiring. They warned me about my aluminum wiring, reassured me that my replacement unit was suitable, and told me about a lead compound used to augment the connections when pigtailing copper and aluminum wires. They were done in half an hour, and gave me a $25 Angies List discount. Even without a discount, their price was reasonable for a two man crew and a half hour drive.

Lucas showed up with a coworker and started on the outdoor light first. He replaced the malfunctioning fixture and proceeded to check out the wiring. When I had aluminum trim put on my soffits 5 years ago I found out there was a short someplace going through my gutters. I called the electricians that the siding people use and they wandered around puzzled and decided there was a staple someplace in the 3-way wiring. They put up a new fixture and cut the wire leaving me with only one switch. I didn't like them or trust them. After Lucas replaced the fixture he could find nothing wrong with the wiring and gave me back my 2 switches. It was most likely a faulty light. They then replaced my 8 high hats to an energy efficient model. No more 8 chimneys to the attic.I know enough about fixing things around the house that I could have a conversation with them, and I have confidence in them. I will be calling them back to do more work.

The surge protector was a difficult install due to the position of the electrical panel. Service person (owner) completed the installation and went over the two hour maximum but refused to charge for the additional time. I fully intend to use this company again for installation of the transfer box for a portable generator and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for professional electrical service.

Stove, dishwasher and few outlets stopped working. Got it to work in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely recommend.

They did an excellent job. They did three or four things and it didn't cost me anything extra. I thought they were prompt. They came and did an estimate for me of what it was going to cost. I spoke to them on the phone about it because there was more work that I wanted done, but that was going to cost too much and we just settled on the things that they could do for the amount of the "Big Deal" and I was satisfied. They were here on time and I thought they were very professional.

Was happy with the service. He arrived on time, made the changes I requested, cleaned up before he left. Personable and professional.

I did not use this contractor but they were very professional in their survey and estimating.

It was an excellent job. The technician was very courteous and he did it within the time allotted. We were very pleased and we would use them again.
