Description of Work: This company was hired to clean the sewer lines@trap inside my condo, and to take a video of the line exiting the unit. They were a little early and seem to have done a good job except for: they were leaving 2 long tree roots inside the trap ,which one of them helped me remove after I started doing it myself and they told me that if they flushed the line for the heating unit it would spray all over the place. Nevertheless they avoided that when flushing the trap by using some drop cloth to cover the surroundings.

Description of Work: They couldn't do the job but they tried. Unfortunately they broke several fixtures. Later I hired a plumber who made the complex repairs and replaced the broken fixtures.

Plumbers do not have the equipment to take care of blockages in drains that are very deep. American Minuteman advised me they also have service plans - to have your drains cleaned out once or twice a year at a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: (Date is Approximate) I had a drainage problem in my properties' underground drainage system. I called this team (All American) based on some referrals, and they made a so-so effort to alleviate the problem, and finally gave up after about 1/2 hour. They said I needed to dig. Upon further referrals, I called another team, and they had a tough time, but they persisted until the blockage was fixed. VERY satisfied with the new team, All County, which is in my reviews. All American's effort was less than enthusiastic.

I'm glad they had recommended me to call elsewhere so I avoided 2 charges. I called minuteman and they came out within the hour. Mike was very professional and knew exactly the cause. He used his snake and cleared up the drain within 20 minutes or so. Great service. We had used the 15% off coupon found on Angie's List. Definitely helps on our $300 (+tax) emergency call.
