Arrived as schedulked and serviuce was professional and courteous

I called late afternoon and a nice woman answered. They had someone in the area if now was ok. Rafael pulled in the driveway 20 min later. Very nice guy, very personable. 20 min later he was done. I thought I got a fair price. It was even sweeter with an Angies List Discount. You can’t get better than this right? Pleasant, fast, thorough, fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Total scam. They send one guy, he says he needs to come back after spending a few hours and charging $500. They return with a whole crew and jet, spend 4 hours but charge for 5, cant figure out how to fill their tank so we sit for an hour waiting for their water tank to fill up, and then they charge $1,400. LOL. They only finished half the job, so I guess it's time to find another REPUTABLE company to clear my drains.

Noticed water wasn't draining from the downstairs shower. Then observed water rising in shower drain pan and toilet only the water was brown. Called the Town as I thought the nearby work was related. They send someone over and advised it was the house drain. I called American Minuteman and explained what was happening. They said someone would be there between 4 and 6 and it was already 3 o'clock. George showed up at 4 and went right to work. He had a wet/dry vac and cleaned up the excess water then snaked the main sewer line. It turned out to be roots penetrating the line. I really appreciated their responsiveness and George was very empathetic. Highly recommend A+

The professional arrived within the time given. He immediately set to work and very quickly unclogged the sewer line.

The plumber came and really didn't have any idea, he said he would only check plumbing type things and gave many possibilities. Nothing to informative, he did nothing and took the money for the service call. A friend of mine came over the next day and figured out in 5 minutes it was the P trap. The service was prompt and nice but I don't feel he really cared about solving the problem.

Good. Toilet and drain were snaked. They were running late with other jobs but I was called twice to let me know and to apologize and also given a discount . Plumber was very professional and answered any questions I had and explained what he was doing.

Santos was thorough checking out the drainage pipes; he knew where to go and quickly fixed the problem. The best part was the explanation and education he provided about the problem and what to do to prevent recurrences. He also gave us estimates and possible fixes for outside land drains that had been obstructed.

They were fine. This was a pipe that was leading outside. It was a complicated deal. The water was coming in the windows. I was really a disaster when I saw it. They were a little pricey but what they had to do was kind of complicated. I would use them again if need be.

Arrived on time. Technician asked where the slow drains were and then correctly located the single best clean out location. Very professional. Cost was same as phone quote. Highly recommended.

Things went well! They were very professional and did a great job. There was a miscommunication regarding the date and time and location, however, they called me and we were able to straighten everything out. It was a pleasant experience.

The plumber was punctual and polite, my only complaint was the price. It seemed like once I mentioned Angie's List the price went up. So after the 15% deduction I paid $180 for 5 minutes of work to unclog a bathroom sink.

Prompt service, technician kept me in the loop as he worked (he didn't mind me asking questions while he worked), he snaked the sewer and problem solved, reasonable price. I would use them again if I have the need too. They took the angies list coupon as well.

They were fine. We usually have them about once a year. My waste pipes get clogged and they clean them from the basement to the street. I call them, they are very polite on the phone, if they tell me that they are coming the next day at noon then they are here the next day at noon. Most of the time the people that come to do the work are very polite and usually they know what they are doing. They are effective. I don't have any problem with them. I pay them money and they go home, that's it. They were polite, punctual, on time, they did the job effectively, and the price is reasonable.

I usually use them all the time. They were on time, on schedule and resolved the problem; that's the main part that I liked. They are professional as always. My interaction with them was okay. The last person that came in was not as friendly as the other person was, but each person's personality varies. I am not complaining about him or anything. Actually, he was okay. I have seen a better person from the company, but he was okay. The work turned out okay, satisfactory. They know what to do and they are very good at doing what they are supposed to do. They are great.

Snaked line and cleared clog. Told me to use more water to flush drain after using disposal. Provided 3 month guarantee. Cordial, cleaned up after. Came a few minutes after the time window closed, but I was happy that they came the same day and took care of the problem. Honored the 15% discount.

Outstanding work! Darland was prompt, friendly and efficient! Considering that he worked for three hours, the price was very reasonable (especially with the Angie's List discount!)

The company sends a plumber to install, the guy comes and sits on my toilet on top of the lid and breaks the lid in half and then says to me, you got the wrong size Flushmate flush and he will come back to fix the toilet lid. I called Flushmate company and they tell me it is the right size and I called minutemen back they send me two new guys they were able to put the Flushmate in and tells me they will take care of the broken lid and after paying they said they are coming back with a brand new lid.. they never came back , called office talk to Donna she tells me she can't do anything that she left a note for the owner. I got no answer still from them but they were quick to cash my check. I will never call this company again. Plumbers are not knowledgeable

Plumber determined the problem was a house trap that was clogged.

They sent a repairman to look at the problem, but could not give me an estimate. Fortunately a week later, they sent another repairman to reassess the break and then scheduled a repair date. Pipe had been broken for a long time. The two repairmen were very professional and polite and problem was repaired and area cleaned.

Quick, clean, no mess - a pleasure. This was the 2nd time I've used them.

All went well. Nice respectful contractor who knew his stuff and fixed the problem which could have been so much worse.

They were awesome! Very responsive and professional on the phone. Came ASAP both times. Really patient with us and helped us locate and repair the issue. We had a newborn at home while dealing with all this, and they made life much less stressful for us. We are still very appreciative. Months later, everything is working in the basement!
