NDA is an A+ company.-very organized. Samantha (Design Consultant) was a pleasure to work with. Every employee I encountered was prompt and responsive. The quality of work and attitudes of all surpasses all other companies. I will definitely use them again.

The craftsmanship is stunning. You get what you pay for. The attention to detail was the best.

NDA Rep was always on site, they contracted great professionals. Always on time and worked very diligent to get the job done on time.

They were great. They gave us a schedule ahead of time before they started the job on everything they were going to do each day and very much stuck to that schedule. They were very professional. They came back when there was something that we needed fixed. They were very helpful and personable. We plan to use them again.

The owner Ed met with us several times initially to draw up the plans and was wonderful to work with. Even though it was a very large job everything progressed very quickly. They gave us a schedule stating what work would be done each day. Courtney was the supervisor of our job and he made sure everything ran smoothly. Any issues or concerns we had were handled right away. All of the workers were very courteous. Anthony and his son did the installation of the cabinets and all of the trim work and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was impeccable. We absolutely love our new kitchen! Everyone who sees it is amazed by the transformation and the quality of the work.

The team at NDA is professional and courteous. They try their best to make the customer happy. The work went according to the schedule. Communication was maintained through email and phone calls. When pieces came in that required changing, they handled all of it in a timely manner. They came back a few months later to re-grout the wall tile where it meets the counter because of settling. We love our new kitchen and would definitely recommend them.

They were fantastic. I was given a schedule and they stuck to it. It was never deviated from and every team that was sent to my house was friendly and professional. I plan on using them again for a bathroom project in the near future.

Although I really liked the product they had, their price came in very high. I received two additional esitimates for less price. I believe that since they need to subcontract all of their work it usually comes in very high when you go that route. The beauty of that is that everything is in one place, so you do not need to go shop around, but that is what makes the price go up. IEven though I will not be using them, they were very professional and punctual. Not sure the kind of work they do since I will not be using them.

At first we were very happy with the customer service at NDA. We paid a deposit and reviewed a design that both my wife and I were pleased with. The next step was to review and sign the contract. From the very first meeting we had with our sales rep, Mitch, we were told that the value NDA brought to it's custsomers was the one stop shop aspect of the service. We would not have to worry about anything being left out. This was not the case. As construction began we kept getting phone calls from Dave about additional charges (e.g. we paid to have the walls sheetrocked but our designer forgot to add insulation to the bill). This went on throughout the entire project. Additionally, when our granite was cut they mistakenly drilled a hole for a soap dispenser when we explicitly requested no additions surrounding the sink. When this was brought up to NDA they offered to install a dispenser for free instead of cutting another piece of granite. They all but refused to recut the granite even though it was entirely their fault. After the construction was complete we noticed several problems. One of our under cabinet lights was wired incorrectly, the molding atop our cabinets is being weighed down and our dishwasher was never fastened to the cabinets causing it to shift everytime we open the door. The grout inbetween our backsplash and counter top has deteriorated in less than a year. Pieces of base molding have literally fallen off the wall and on to the ground. I feel like Tom Hanks in The Money Pit. The most alarming mistake they made was when the ran a new gas line to hook up our stove. In order to meet inspection they had to re route the line that connected my gas dryer, which shared a wall with the stove. In doing so they removed the shut off valve. I didn't notice this until a couple months later and was shocked to find no shutoff valve behind my dryer. Not only were they not permitted to touch the dryer hookup but they actually left a hazard in my home that was not their prior to their visit. We've been alerting NDA to these issues ever since the project was, accoridng to them, finished and have recieved NO RESPONSE. This company is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They robbed us blind.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our project. NDA had previously completed a kitchen remodel for friends in Northport, and neighbors on our block. We went to several places for estimates, and ultimately choose NDA. They started when they said they would, and they showed up everyday. The work progressed seamlessly, and they finished on time and on budget. We love the final results, and enjoy this renovation each and every day. Close friends across the street were considering a major renovation. They loved how our house turned out, and met with Ed, the owner to begin exploring ideas for their home. Their project is finished, and NDA has another satisfied customer. We were so happy they felt as we did. You can feel secure in recommending this wonderful company. As an aside, this past week Hurricane Sandy devastated so many homes. NDA was featured in a Newsday article volunteering in the clean-up efforts on the south shore. That says it all about this company. They are experts in what they do, and they care about their community.

CONSTRUCTION STARTED IN AUGUST 2007. IT IS NOW DECEMBER 2007 AND JOB IS NOT FINISH. SINK AND MEDICINE CABINET ARE NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY. WOOD CABINETS ARE NOT FINISHED. MANY CALLS TO COMPANY NOT RETURNED, I DID SEND CERTIFIED LETTER RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED. THEY DID SIGN FOR LETTER.
