"Great. We initially went to Lowe's, and learned that every aspect of buying a major appliance from a store like that is a pain. I could write 1000 words on that subject. Anyhow, walking into a small but well-stocked store like Rockland Appliance Center, and being met by a knowledgeable, polite salesperson (Brian in this case) is an entirely different experience. We found exactly what we wanted at a price comparable to Lowe's. It was delivered two days later by two polite, efficient, careful gentlemen, and everything's great with our new refrigerator."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Phenomenal service by the QNR HVAC and Drain crew. Our tankless water heater broke and needed to be fully replaced. We called them on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon the heater was replaced! Excellent craftsmanship from detailed-oriented technicians. They explained everything they were doing and understood the challenge of being at a home without hot water. Highly recommend them!"

Initially he got it fixed but it only would rinse with hot water but not wash so I called him back to take a look but instead of solving the first issue it’s completely broken and now I have to spend thousands on replacement of a working dishwasher. I would not recommend using them"
