Al and his team showed up when they said they would, and put in our furnace in about a half a day. They were professional, removed the old furnace from our house, and took care to ensure no mess was left behind. The new furnace has worked great and we look forward to working with Al going forward.

Last year this company honestly told us why we could not install HVAC. This year they gave us the most complete information & best price on the gas furnace. They were on time, did work quickly & cleaned up. Perfect!

From start to finish, working with Peterson and Dobbin was wonderful! I worked with Al to get a quote. He knew right away what was best for my home, and worked out a great price! Once agreed, he and his crew were over and got both items removed and replaced within a day and a half. Kept everything clean, too! Would be very happy to do business with again, they did a wonderful job! WILL recommend!

We had an overwhelmingly positive experience working with Al and his team from Peterson Dobbin. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and to work within the tight time frame of our roofer (who unexpectedly moved up the job start date a week). Doing so, allowed Al to run the piping for the central air while the roof was off, as opposed to his team having to open up interior walls to run piping where there was no other means of access. Their willingness to go the extra mile helped save us time and added inconvenience. Due to the fact that we live in an older house, Al customized several pieces of the unit to fit within the tight confines of our utility room. Upon transitioning from summer to fall/winter, Al even came back to go over how to adjust the system from AC to heat, and to ensure that it was still functioning properly. Overall, we received exceptional customer service and high quality craftsmanship and equipment.

Fantastic. Al and his crew did a great job planning the work and performing the installation. Anytime I needed service they were always very prompt. Peterson Dobbin has also provided equipment and service for my parents in Hartsdale for over 20 years. I would highly recommend Peterson Dobbin.

We have used Peterson & Dobbin for may years and will you them again in 2014 for our A/C units. As a customer, they have always been responsive and have come when there have been issues with our systems.

they were scheduled for a different day but since there was a cancelleation they called and asked if they can drop by today which was ok - the sooner the better Dave the technician checked and tested the system that was dead and determined that the capacitor was not responding . he went to the supply house got new capacitor installed it checked the system checked the freon level waited to the system to pick up the cooling capacity and left the site

I have been using them for installation and maintenance for many years. They have never disappointed. Al is a pleasure to deal with.

Three weeks later, we turned on our A/C system and to our surprise one of our systems provided no cooling! I phoned the company and they sent another worker who thoroughly checked our system and stated that one of the compressors had no freon. He then added freon to the system and it worked. I was shocked to receive a second bill from Peterson Dobbin for $350, $200 for the service call and $150 for the freon. I paid for the freon but did not pay for the service call because the worker who performed the annual maintenance clearly had failed in doing his job. I did not hear further from the company and I assumed they disciplined their neglectful worker. I was shocked when my neighbor phoned them for a fall maintenance service that they bad-mouthed me to her and said they would never again service us. I FOUND THIS TO BE OUTRAGEOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Obviously, I have changed companies and suggest that others be leery of using this company.

THEY ARE HERE WHEN WE CALL THEM. THEIR WORK IS VERY GOOD. WE HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR A LONG TIME. THEIR SERVICE IS GOOD. THEY WERE FINE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK. THEY DID THE REPAIR, AND IT WAS FINE. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT.
